795151-650218-thumbnail.jpgI see that there was major gathering of moonbats in Washington yesterday. Jane Fonda, the former doyen of Hanoi, was amongst them, back to doing what she does best – giving comfort to those who seek to kill US troops. Cheering their childish slogans, they chanted "Our Congress" as the likes of Susan Sarandon and Sean Penn – and let’s not IRAQ_PROTEST1.jpgforget Mother Sheehan – added their celebrity to the 795151-650221-thumbnail.jpgcircus. I laughed at some of the images – attached for your amusement too! Betcha the tinfoil hats were out in force….

I was pleased to hear President Bush outline in his State of the Union speech the importance to the US of finding new sources of energy that will reduce its over-reliance on Middle Eastern Oil. New technology, alternative sources of energy, and clean Nuclear energy all have a role to play in this. Naturally, the BBC instantly dismissed the entire speech – they’re probably still fantasising about President Hillary Clinton. It would be great if the US can lead the world in finding better alternatives to "foreign oil". No blood for oil, as the lefties like to say.

rudy.jpgWatch the UK media swoon as their one of their very favourite liberal Americans – the wicked witch herself, Hillary Clinton – declares that she is launching her run to get back into the White House.

Hillary has declared that she is  forming an exploratory committee for President, thereby launching a bid to become the first female chief executive of the United States.

"I’m in," she said on a Web site, hillaryclinton.com. "And I’m in to win."

Mmm…I wonder just how rattled she is by Obama, and in particular the MSM’s embrace of the youthful Illinois Senator. They appear to want him to be America’s second black President – Hillary’s husband having been its first! (Unless he was lying…)

Perhaps a Clinton/Obama ticket will be the Dem dream-ticket?

I hope so, as it will ensure that Guiiani/Gingrich ensures Republican fortunes are restored again in 2008!

pink2_narrowweb__300x4880.jpgMore loud-mouthed empty-headed babble from “Pop Stars!”

Pink has backed down from her call to boycott Australian wool over animal cruelty claims, admitting she failed to fully research the issue. The singer, who has sold around 200,000 tickets for dozens of shows in her upcoming April tour of Australia, appeared in an animal rights group video last year branding the practice of sheep mulesing “sadistic”. But today, Pink admitted she was misinformed about the issue and had failed to do enough research.

“I probably could have done a lot more research on my own,” she told the Nine Network.”That’s the lesson I’m taking from this. My message was, in my mind, boycott animal cruelty – not an entire industry, not Australia, obviously, because it’s my favourite country. Then going back, I was speaking without thinking and I actually did say ban Australia, which is bullshit. It’s not something that I can agree with.”

Problem is Pink baby, you said it. Your “bull-shit”, like that expressed by most of your fellow left wing pop stars, is your stock in trade, which a willing media and ignorant public lap up – until it’s thoroughly exposed, as in this case!

chavez-iran3.jpgNo, not Jade – but the pin-up boy of the International left – Venezuelan thug Hugo CHAVEZ!

The man admired by the likes of London Mayor Ken Livingstone, endorsed by America’s worst-ever President Jimmy Carter, and a good friend to holocaust deniers like Iran’s lunatic Ahmadinejad, has decided to dispense with any vestige of democracy and rule by decree for at least 18 months Chavez says he wants "revolutionary laws" to enact sweeping political, economic and social changes. I bet. Not much of an outcry from the MSM on this, I suppose they look on – in envy.

795151-639531-thumbnail.jpgIt’s funny how the UK MSM continues to cheer-lead for John McCain to get the Republican nomination for the 2008 Presidential election! Particularly when the latest poll shows RUDY GIULIANA with a clear lead according to a poll by Rasmussen Reports.

28 per cent of respondents would support the former New York City mayor in a 2008 primary. Arizona senator John McCain is second with 20 per cent, followed by former House of Representatives speaker Newt Gingrich with 14 per cent, and former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney with eight per cent.

Now one can take a view that there is still plenty of time for things to change, and who can guess what else might happen to influence the outcome, but SURELY the refusal of the UK MSM to accept that the blessed McCain is NOT the only contender speaks volumes for their own inherent liberal bias?

adverts.jpgFascinating to think that 30 years have now passed since self-confessed murderer Gary Gilmore was strapped to a chair before a firing squad and uttered his famous last words: "Let’s do it."

The controversial execution that marked the reinstatement of the death penalty in the United States. (I remember buying a single by a punk band called The Adverts entitled "Gary Gimore’s eyes" – their finest moment, btw) I see that Amnesty International are jumping up and down about this anniversary – they naturally oppose justice being carried out.

I remain firmly IN FAVOUR of the death penalty, and in that regards I am joined by a majority of people here in the UK. But our political leaders have opted out of reflecting our will that this wish be implemented. My basis for this is both Biblical and practical. Dead murderers tend not to re-offend, I’ve noticed. The Bible also instructs us to ensure that those who knowingly take life, forfeit their life. The sooner we leave the EU, and assert the will of the British people to put to death mass murderers, terrorists, paedophile killers and the like, the better.

Carter-Yasser.jpgI frequently refer to Jimmy Carter as America’s worst ever President and like a true stalwart he just keeps providing further proof of this.

It is revealed today that back in 1987 Jimmy Carter wrote to the U.S. Justice Department’s Office of Special Investigation pleading for "special consideration” for a man proven to have murdered Jews in the Mauthausen death camp in Austria.

Martin Bartesch, who had immigrated to the U.S. and lived in Chicago, admitted to Sher’s office and the court that he had voluntarily joined the Waffen SS and had served in the notorious SS Death’s Head Division at the Mauthausen concentration camp where, at the hands of Bartesch and his cohorts, many thousands of prisoners were gassed, shot, starved and worked to death. He also confessed to having concealed his service at the infamous camp from U.S. immigration officials.

So, when he wasn’t trying to work things out on behalf of his pal, Arafat, he was trying to get a better deal for guilty SS Guards. What a guy! – little wonder the international political left felt pleased  to honour him with a Nobel Peace Prize.

PS  And then, when you think he can’t SINK any lower, Carter gives a little more. Interviewed on Al Jazeeera TV, Carter explains "Well, I wasn’t equating the Palestinian missiles with terrorism.” These are the missiles that slaughter innocent Israelis. But they’re not terrorist missiles in Jimbo’s mind.  Gotta hand it to him – he really must HATE the Jews.

Neo Con

By ATWadmin On January 10th, 2007 at 4:43 pm

….Neocon has become the ultimate term of political abuse, a description of an alien idea foisted on an unwary nation by hardline conservatives…it is thought to be a doctrine of the Right.  It isn’t. It is a critique of the Left. And the difference is important.  There is nothing ‘neo’ and certainly nothing conservative about it.

US foreign policy has almost always been a liberal foreign policy. And if this is right, it means that the policy advocated by neocons will long survive their own departure from the scene….

(Well let’s hope so)

Daniel Finkelstein writing about sociologist and political scientist Seymour Martin Lipset who died last week aged was 84.

His name is unknown to almost everybody in this country. Not so the political grouping of which he was a founder member. The small group of Trotskyites with whom Lipset associated when he was a student at City College in New York grew up to become known as the neocons. Lipset’s contribution to their thinking was critical.

Showing a complete lack of class, the Incoming Senate Majority Leader Democrat Harry Reid will miss the state funeral for former President Gerald Ford at the Capitol Rotunda on Saturday night, opting instead to lead a delegation to South America with an expected stop at the Machu Picchu Inca ruins.

Here’s another example of his class..

Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid said on ‘FOX News Sunday’ that this Republican-led Congress is "the most corrupt in history." He went on to distance himself from lobbyist Jack Abramoff who is being investigated for illegal payoffs. "Don’t lump me in with Jack Abramoff. This is a Republican scandal," he said, and was adamant that he never received bribes from Abramoff. However, Reid, like many Democrats and Republicans, has received campaign contributions from Abramoff clients.  "America can do better than what we’ve done," said Reid. "The most corrupt Congress in the history of the country. We have such significant problems with what’s going on in this country."

Harry. erm, somehow, forgot to mention that he had accepted $66,000 From Abramoff.

What a guy – and he is the LEADER of the Senate Majority. God help America with a bozo like this in power.
