This year 2012 is an Election year but this is when and how the investigation started.

January 2010: (Special Agent)Dodson speaks to Sen. Charles Grassley, the ranking Republican on the Judiciary Committee, about Fast and Furious. The Senate Judiciary Committee begins investigating. ATF Special Agent Bill Newell, who oversaw the operation, denies gun-walking.

The House also voted Thursday to authorize civil action against Holder, a move that paves the way for a federal court challenge to President Obama’s decision to invoke executive privilege over some of the documents being sought.

No exertion of Executive Privilege has ever been upheld in a Court of Law every invocation of the privilege that has gone to court has been laughingly over ruled. The Privilege does not exist.

Here are a few pieces in Fast and Furious Timeline:

April 16, 2010: Obama said at a joint press conference with Mexican President Felipe Calderon that he believes that assault weapons should be banned in order to “prevent” gun trafficking in Mexico.

June 2010: A concerned gun dealer e-mailed David Voth, supervisor of the program along with Newell and William McMahon: “I guess I am looking for a bit of reassurance that the guns are not getting south or in the wrong hands.”

Feb. 15, 2011: Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agent Jaime Zapata was killed in a roadside attack in northern Mexico. Fellow agent Victor Avila was wounded.

March 16, 2011: Issa and Grassley request documents from the ATF. The agency did not comply with their request.

March 27, 2011: Obama is asked about Fast and Furious on television in Mexico, and denies that he or Holder knew about it.

April 1, 2011: The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee issued its first subpoena to ATF Acting Director Kenneth Melson.

May 2, 2011: Napolitano and Holder entered and left the White House together, without any documented reason. They met with Obama in the East Room.

May 3, 2011: Holder appeared before the House Judiciary Committee, claiming that he had heard about Fast and Furious within the past few weeks.

June-July 2011: House Democrats submit gun-control legislation, and e-mails surface showing that Fast and Furious was designed to promote gun control.

Fast and Furious was an Operation to put American Guns in the hands of drug dealers so they would show up at crimes scenes. The only purpose for this was creat Gun Control Law here in the U.S.

Every Democrat that walked out of the contempt vote on Holder by their actions have declared it is more important to keep guns out of the hands of Law Abiding Americans than the death of 2 American Law Enforcement Officers and 100s of Dead Mexicans.

Revised figures from the Office of National Statistics, published this week by the Greater London Authority, have increased the population of London by 130,000, while its immigrant community has gone up by 16 per cent to nearly 950,000.

Ah, the fruits of YEARS of Labour policy forcing Immigration upon us even as they first denied the figures, then tried to manipulate them, and now they simply sit back and smile. Mission accomplished! Now, WHAT can go wrong with this??????

So the House finally gets its vote on A-G Holder; and rightly so.

But will this mean a swift delivery of Fast-and-Furious documentation to Congress?

Not if Petulant Barry has a card in the game!

Hurray – they have produced a modern economic miracle. But HOW, I hear the more cynical amongst you ask, will this wonder be achieved?

After 13 hours of talks (Wow, so impressive), they also agreed to set up a joint banking supervisory body for the eurozone. However, it could take until the end of the year before the new money becomes available. Announcing the deal, EU Council President Herman van Rompuy said it would break the “vicious circle” between banks and national governments.

This is wonderful stuff. These clowns think that IF they say something – it is so. All informed observers know this is a crock. The money markets will rise in the next few days…and then flounder again until the next EU  ”Summit”. The truth is that the Eurozone is inherently dysfunctional AND the only way it can work is to cast aside those failed CludMed economies like Greece, Spain, Portugal…and concentrate on a smaller harder core of more Northern European countries in tight political and fiscal union. As you know that is the LAST thing on their minds, since the aim is the creation of a massive federalised Europe!

So, every day is Ground Hog Day!

Have to laugh at France, it remains hopelessly devoted to our dear friends, the Hamastinians. Is it any wonder old Yasser so admired the place? Get this piece of contrived nonsense..

A Palestinian delegation to a Unesco meeting tomorrow in St Petersburg is seeking to gain recognition for the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem as a world heritage site. The bid comes following the Palestinians’ admission to Unesco last year and is widely viewed as part of their campaign to achieve international recognition of an independent state. Two Palestinian officials said they were counting on the support of at least 10 of the 21 countries represented.

And WHO is supporting this? Well..

France will be the only European state to vote in support of Palestinian heritage status for the site. Shimon Samuels of the Simon Wiesenthal Centre in America expressed outrage, saying: “Never in the history of the WHC has a purely religious site been inscribed on its list without the consent of the religious authorities.” Mr Samuels warned France of “finding itself in direct conflict with the expressed positions of the three custodian churches of the Nativity site; the Vatican, the Armenians and the Greek Orthodox”.

Hah! So those Churches that actually look after and maintain the Church oppose the UNESCO  application but the conniving Palestinians push on. They haven’t a prayer.

Hi folks, just back from la belle France, bit tired from the travel but in good form!

We stayed in Menton, a charming Riviera town, just a mile or two from the Italian border. Had a great time, as ever, and travelled to Cannes, Monaco and across into Italy. Weather was superb, non stop sunshine for two weeks to bring a glow to my pale complexion.

Tried to explain to President Hollande that magic money trees do not actually exist no matter how often you say the name – however after paying for a few Gin and Tonics at the American Bar in Hotel de Paris, I might to start growing them!
