YOU’RE EITHER WITH THE ESTABLISHMENT …

By ATWadmin On October 27th, 2009

OR AGAINST IT.

The LibDems trouser a dodgy £2.4million: that’s an oversight.

UKIP trousers a not-dodgy-at-all £363,000: the Electoral Commission and Court of Appeal send it bankruptcy.

We hear now that UKIP has been denied leave to appeal to the Supreme Court. If it cannot get its case to the Supreme court and win it, one of two small, anti-EU parties will be out of business.

This isn’t law or justice; it is plain criminal corruption.

Cui bono? Well David Cameron won’t be upset tonight.

  1. So it’ll be the BNP then I suppose come next election. That’ll wipe the smile of Camerons face.

  2. There does appear to be a communist conspiracy against the British people. I will be watching this case closely.

  3. The treatment of UKIP has been absolutely disgraceful and very different from cases involving the main parties.

The facts in the UKIP case are:

    – They were given a donation by a British resident and citizen whom the local council had inadvertently left off the electoral register.
    – He put himself back on the register as soon as he discovered their oversight.
    – The electoral commission are not demanding that UKIP simply return the money and see if he wants to give it back to them but that they both forfeit the money which goes to the treasury.

  4. What we need is a full investigation into why the donor was taken off the electoral register!
