Just the Facts, Ma’am
By ATWadmin On March 30th, 20101. The majority of Americans think that the Obama Adminsitration’s recent tactics used for passing their healthcare legislation were an abuse of power. 64% of Americans think that ObamaCare will cost too much. 65% think that with ObamaCare government is too expansive.
2. Today President Obama signed legislation to take over the student loan industry. So far, the Obama Adminstration has federalized the auto industry, the banking industry, the healthcare industry, and now the student loan industry.
3. Despite a lack of any solid evidence, the biased MSM spread the claim that Tea Party participants are racists, and possibly violent. Recent claims of Tea Party participants spitting and crying out racial epithets appear to have no basis in reality.
4. A Leftist loon named Norman Leboon was recently arrested for making death threats against Republican Eric Cantor. This is what Cantor had to say:
“Legigimate threats should be treated as security issues and they should be dealt with by the appropriate law enforcement officials. It is reckless to use these incidents as media vehicles for political gain.
That is why I have deep concerns that some — DCCC chairman Chris Van Hollen, and DNC chairman Tim Kaine in particular — are dangerously fanning the flames by suggesting that these incidents be used as a political weapon. Security threats against members of Congress is not a partisan issue and they should never be treated that way. To use such threats as political weapons is reprehensible.”
5. 53% of Americans disapprove of the way the Obama Administration is governing, while 43% of voting Americans strongly disapprove of President Obama’s job performance. Only 28% of Americans think that Obama governs in a bipartisan manner.

Today President Obama signed legislation to take over the student loan industry.
Education in America is about to become even more expensive.
So how is that hopey, changey stuff working out?
I am not a supporter of Pres. Obama but why do people expect him to govern in a ‘bi-partisan’ manner when the whole point of winning an election is to govern under the mandate granted by the electorate for the winning party and the winning policies?
Allan: Obama campaigned as one who would "reach across the aisle" and embrace bipartisanship, not one who would go against a majority to pass unpopular legislation using bribes, trickery and threats against his own party.
The American people want bipartisanship and that’s what they voted for in 2008. That’s why it’s notable.
Another Stan Freiburg fan eh?
The American People want the Law of the Land to be Followed and that law is the Constitution. This President is not,
yes to the victor go the spoils. This is expected and accepted.
However violation of basic rights, threats, corruption, bankruptcy, and high unemployment also has it’s consequences.
do you really think that all the MSM combined have less of an audience than Rush Limbaugh is not because they gave awards to book and film makers that created materials involving killing Bush, and hoorayed The Kooks that camped out side his house with death to bush signs,
While at the same time they condemn mom and dad, along with grandma and grandpa who come out and protest the loss of their liberties, they call them racists and homophobes accusing them of yelling racial epitaphs in a supposed 15 min chant that wasn’t caught on a single camera or microphone when there were 100s of each device present.
You live in a self deluded bubble if you don’t believe the general population is upset, or the numbers that prove that those that are upset with the current status quot aren’t the majority.
There was a great article about bi partisanship and Obama’s big electioneering fail in this regard in one of the papers, it was a great read.
Patty – clarification noted and appreciated.
