Just checked on the Dakota Dunes Website, and (I kid you not) the developers are promising not to be billing the third quarter assessments.
Now ain’t that really magnanimous????
Developers in the UK are just as bad; a local church is trying to sell part of its land by the Thames for building. No one seems to ask why it is known locally as the “Water meadow” although its official name on the local maps is “Church meadow”.
