From a view to a kill.

Whilst not applauding his actions, and also hoping that you would perhaps forgive my choice of words, but ‘I can see his point of view’

  1. I thought you didn’t believe in lawlessness?

  2. What is alleged is the felling of a tree

    that was protected and

    which was an another’s property.

So that’s at least two laws broken there.

Or three – breaking the protection laws, unlawful entry onto the property, and destroying the property of another.

Pretty miserable stuff. Throw the book at him.

  3. I don’t know what discretion the judge has, but in addition to whatever else might apply, the possible culprit could be hit with an order to

    dismantle the hot tub

plant two or three trees in the area, perhaps one where the hot tub used to be.

No criminal should benefit from his crime.

  4. Would he be available to remove the house across the street from me. It obscures my view of Scotland…..

  5. Our neighbour has a horrible palm tree in the garden. It doesn’t spoil our view but we hate the sight of it. So I’ll just chop it down next time they are away.
