HERE COMES THE NEXT WAVE..
By David Vance On January 17th, 2013Oh the JOY of being in a Nation with no borders;
Up to 70,000 Bulgarians and Romanians will travel to Britain each year when they finally gain open access to the jobs market, a report claims today. Almost 29million people from the two countries will be free to work in Britain from the end of this year when temporary controls on new EU migrants expire. But although ministers have their own estimate of the scale of the influx, they refuse to reveal it. The figure is likely to be the crucial factor in deciding whether the Government will hit the Prime Minister’s goal of cutting net migration – the difference between those arriving and leaving each year – to ‘tens of thousands’
I guess they are coming to play the accordians that Brits JUST won’t play? You can see how being in the EU rots our status as a Nation and as for any notion that Cameron will somehow do ANYTHING about it, forgeddit. That is just PR spin. The way you stop EU nationals automatically pouring in through our porous borders is you leave the EU and close our borders to these hordes. Howevere that is not an option and so you can all look forward to some more Romanian and Bulgarian culture adding gaiety to the National mood.

Here’s how it works – tens to hundreds of thousands of migrants will flood the country and, by force of numbers combined with greed of employers, will force down wages at the lower end of the jobs market to below what Britons can live on. Then some of the idiots in our country will say – “Look! they’re only doing the jobs that lazy Brits won’t do”. And the tsunami of migrants sweeps upwards with them forcing pay rates down for jobs further up the job market. Some day, it will be YOUR JOB which gets its pay rates pushed down below what you need to live a decent life. Then what???
Except that it is illegal for employers to pay less than the minimum wage.
how can this be Britain is a sovereign country not just a state in the EU. isn’t it?
I don’t see the need for any worry or concerns, The last Labour Government
liedinformed you that only 13,000 immigrants would arrive in the UK when Poland joined the Federal EUSo what could possibly go wrong with 35,000 extra
workersimmigrants making there way over to the land of milk and honey .. apart from the Government being out on there figures by a couple of million. The Troll, on January 17th, 2013 at 12:26 PM Said:

You mean a Region of the EU superstate.
Except that it is illegal for employers to pay less than the minimum wage.
But £6 per hour is not a living wage, that’s why so many are topped up by state benefits which are a subsidy to low-paying employers.
Whatever powers Cameron manages to “repatriate” in negotiations, an opt-out from open borders will not be one of them. Even Norway has to accept that as the price for free trade with the EU.

Laughable, and Cuckoo land stuff, according to the Europa official website, the ‘minimum wage’ in Eastern Europe EU member countries is 7 Euros 40 cents .. in reality the average wage, even for a nurse is more like 1 Euro 30 cents.
Welcome to the real world.
What is?

I can see what it states, what I do not see in real life (My wife is a nurse) is people skilled and unskilled earning a pittance way below what the ‘Law’ states they should be earning .. here, unlike the UK, ignore most of the EU dictats and regulations, as i read somewhere, the UK takes most if not all of the EU dictats, good and bad, gold plates them and endorses them with absolute relish, the likes of other countries ie: France being another just ignores those same dictats at will, so in reality the UK is far too honest to be a member of such a crooked and corrupt organisation as the EU superstate.
Roma here earn even less, for example a council worker labourer will earn for hard graft about 1 Euro 80 cents an hour, a Roma doing the exact same job will expect to earn between 30 and 80 cents an hour, a policamns starting wage here is 600 Euros .. per month.
A Slovak or Czech MEP earns more in an hour than the average worker earns in a week.
Peter @ 1.24pm. Are you saying that the EU compels Norway to open its borders to immigration from everywhere (that could explain the 3rd-world takeover of east Oslo) otherwise there would be trade penalties imposed? If so, the question has to be why.
Paul – it’s not just formal employers here. Much work is done off-the-books and many workers depended on that to live. Now, those rates have plummeted and uncontrolled immigration is the cause.
Nonetheless, the Border Agency is vigilant. Yesterday, when I went throgh controls having flown in from Amsterdam, my passport was checked, then some knob behind asked me a few questions having seen that my passport had been checked by his colleague 3ft away, then 20ft later the Customs guy asked where had I been etc – all having seen that my passport was in order at first check. This isn’t ‘border control’: this is jobsworths’ paradise.
Here is how Aberdeen Airport performs:
http://www.pressandjournal.co.uk/Article.aspx/769394
- Thirty-five illegal migrants were reported to be free in the north-east last night after immigration officials at Aberdeen Airport granted them emergency admission to the UK.
It is understood 37 new arrivals from Bolivia in South America were released on condition they returned the following day to have immigration papers processed.
But only two came back and both were allowed to stay.
One MSP last night called for the “fullest possible inquiry” into what happened.
But the UK Border Agency downplayed it, claiming its officials had checked the names of those involved against their “watch-lists”. -
I’ll bet the Rumanian gypos have targetted Aberdeen as an entry-point.
A Slocak or Czech MEP gets more per day just for turning up (sometimes not) each and every day of the week.

Yes, as I understand it Norway had to agree to free movement of labour in order to secure free trade with the EU without joining. But they managed to save their fish stocks form the disaster known as the common fisheries policy, which has mostly wiped out British and Irish stocks.
Anyone from Eastern Europe who enters the UK, and manages to sign on JSA (Job seekers allowance) will earn approximately 100/150 Euros per month for doing nothing.. the all knowing oracle that is so called British Government might want to have a serious rethink about that wild stab in the dark 70,000 tractor stat figure.
Or are they just plain lying through their backteeth again, after all that’s what they are paid to do.
Anyone from Eastern Europe who enters the UK, and manages to sign on JSA (Job seekers allowance) will earn approximately 100/150 Euros per month for doing nothing..
Should have read ‘will earn approximately 100/150 Euros MORE per month for doing nothing’
We don’t need a crystal ball to see what lays ahead, – from being nothing more than ‘a refugeee camp in the North Sea’, – we will become the most overcrowded country in Europe. ghettoised and impoverished, disunited and with a standard of living and a quality of life little better than any third world country.
It may well bear some resemblamce to one of those scruffy disreputable ‘industrial estates’ that already exist on the outskirts of any town. Badly maintained with a crumbling infrastructure, and tastefully decorated with the ever present, and seemingly very fashionable ‘Brit litter’ featuring a selection of plastic bags, old carpets and the occsional mattress, and not fogetting those empty cans and bottles.
A ‘travellers’ style camp, garbage and derelict car ridden though they may be, will be the new style for suburbia, – and mortgages will still be hard to get!
Unruly, impoverished, browbeaten and downtrodden, reminiscent of the East end of London in the nineteenth century, or perhaps as depicted in a Dickens novel.
Already we have the gangs of pickpockets roaming any crowded area, and the recently publicised sex gangs, you know the ones, run by those guys with funny names. They certainly bring a new dimension to the ‘British way of life’ don’t they? and certainly an improvement over our tradional pederasts, which seemed to be reserved for ‘the upper classes’
And all under a legal system that is so irresponsible and with such corrupt enforcement as to be useless, of course we have to bear in mind this has long been so, what with their connections to the above mentioned ‘traditional peds’.
Wow! – and all this is supposed to be something to look forward to?
Labour used the tractor stat figure of 13,000 Poles entering the UK based on this report ..
http://discovery-dev.ucl.ac.uk/14332/
Eric Pickles is using the same commisioning report, even he himself has his doubts, just how bad is it really going to be ..
Oh deary deary me, it’s groundhog day again.
Meet the new boss, exactly the same as the old one.

“Even Norway has to accept that as the price for free trade with the EU.”
The Norwegian political class chose to flood the country with immigrants. It did not have to do so. Switzerland has free trade with the EU but full control of its borders. The idea that we cannot do the same is absurd.
Pete
Switzerland is very different economy from Norway. There was no question of Norway getting free trade with the EU without “open borders”, but the Swissers were a different case, and they have a different settlement with Brussels as a result.
For what it’s worth, I think that the key issue is border control (no freedom of labour), closely followed by fisheries (let’s save what’s left of our fish stocks), and finally the disastrous “Common Agricultural Policy” which has devasted our land-based biodiversity. But there is not a cat in hell’s chance of Cameron even asking for these. All he seems to want is aboltion of some of the employment and tax regulations. These do not matter a ***k compared to the three I have mentioned.
