ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU DEPRESSED
By David Vance On January 26th, 2013Thoughts on this latest instance of Judicial liberalism?
A TOP judge provoked outrage yesterday when he blocked Government attempts to deport a “depressed” Algerian terror suspect amid fears the man may kill himself.
And the problem with that is….?
Britain’s most senior immigration judge invoked human rights laws to spare the man – who does not dispute claims he poses a risk to national security – after hearing he may not be put on suicide watch while in Algerian custody. The move means the 43-year-old man, known only as G, can stay in the UK at taxpayers’ expense despite being accused of funding Islamists trying to overthrow his home government and supporting international terrorists in this country. Last week, six Britons were killed during a siege at the In Amenas gas plant in southern Algeria by armed jihadists of the kind allegedly supported by the terror suspect.
So, Human Rights protects the terrorist yet AGAIN.

There is a bungalow for rent near us. Perhaps the government could rent it for this poor chap?
There is also a very large and diseased tree nearby, and Agit8ed is looking for wood to burn.
If by accident the tree should fall in the wrong direction, perhaps two needs could be met at the same time.
It should not be relevant the risk he poses to himself. The only things relevant are the danger posed to the rest of us by him and the risk to him posed by others. The former being more important if it is significant.
Your problem is you are too logical and lack compassion.
How about if the British people are depressed if he doesn’t get reported. As another alien (Spock) said “the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.”
//There is a bungalow for rent near us. Perhaps the government could rent it for this poor chap?//
Look, he’s depressed enough already.
David – the same judge blocked the deportation to Jordan of Abu Qatada (the guy with the hook). Do you consider this to be coincidence?
“Look, he’s depressed enough already.”
Har Harr..
Hold on!
What with my chopper and your fumigatory skills, we might be able to cure his depression permanently.
As for this particular thread, and the last thread reference the Muslim child abuser who got let off the hook based upon more of the ignorance of the Judge rather than the ignorance of the Muslim peadophile, surely even those Liberal wooly headed nutjobs must be finding it ever more difficult to justify the behaviour of there favourite pets.
I have said it before, and I am now even more convinced that all this immoral behaviour by the followers of Peace & Love really is a ‘Cultural thing’
Harri – calling the judges “ignorant” lets them of the hook. The judges know very well what is going on because they ensure that it will be going on. They are not ignorant of islam: this is deliberate policy.
Allan
Common Purpose graduate drone the Judge more than likely is, just because he has been reprogrammed and dehumanised, he is still an ignorant shit in my eyes
The sad thing is, all these Drone judges apart from being wilfully ignorant and devoid of any common sense whatsoever appear to believe that somehow they have a Golden ticket out of the impending mess they have helped create .. they havn’t they are as expendable in the great scheme of things as the rest of us mere serfs.
Nonsense – this is not deliberate policy and I don’t care how many times paranoid individuals like Allan and Harri claim it to be. It is just a soft touch demonstration of that judge’s individual personality. He would probably accept ‘sob story’ excuses from any number of other criminals of other races/identities and in other contexts while another judge in the same court would hand out longer sentences for the same offences. In a system like ours way so much leeway is given to Judges in sentences and where thousands of cases are concluded every day, you will always be able to find ‘outrageous’ cases to illustrate whatever political/judicial theory you wish to promote.
Colm
Being a white God fearing Christian, Catholic or maybe even a Jedi-Knight claiming the voices made me do it, or I was told in Sunday school that ‘Women are worthless’ so I raped her, would not hold any sway in a British court of law .. so why are muslims any different, and Colm you believe in ‘coincidence’ then do you?
Colm, fair comment about the ‘Thousands of cases’, show me one ?
Colm,
‘This is not deliberate policy’?
Sorry, but the ever increasing eveidence proves you wrong.
Colm, you can only bury your head in that pile of soft sand for so long before you have to come up for breath.
Harri
Do you have genuine evidence of a consistent nationwide judicial policy of giving reduced sentences to rapists/murderers/violent criminals who are Muslims ?
Colm – on this site alone TODAY there are two cases of judical ‘idiocy’ relating to muslims, and we have seen plenty of cases cited every week. Of course it’s deliberate.
Allan
The sentences handed down to Asian rioters in Bradford and Oldham a few years ago following EDF/BNP marches were widely reported as the toughest ever seen in Britain for riot situations with many convicts getting sentences of up to 11 years. Is that prrof that Muslims are treated worse then non-Muslims by our judiciary as an act of deliberate policy ?
Colm,
Apart from what I read on a daily basis, witnessed with my own eyes and just one of the reasons I took the effort to move my family out of the madness of what was once Great Britain to a place of relative safety away from the grasp and the mad, bad minds of the righteous which infect Great Britian like the black plague .. No, I dont have any [evidence]
The Liberal elite love the old chestnut ‘Well, if you can’t think of yourself, then think of your cheeeldren, and your grandcheeeldren’ Thanks for the advice oh righteous ones .. I did, so I moved, far far away.
You might be able to get at me oh righteous ones in a funny sort of way, what with all your Marxist utopia BS multicultural
nightmaresdreams .. but you can not now get at my children .. tough titty.Lifes a bitch aint it.
For what it’s worth I don’t think it’s a deliberate policy.
Rather it is the result of genuinely woolly and muddle headed thinking. The consequence of a culture in terminal decline.
Our only consolation is that should Islam take over the running of our country, judgements will be far more consistent, and that might bring some comfort to members of minority groups disapproved of by Islam…
Harri
You live in Eastern Europe simply coz your darling wife ordered you to. Given half a chance you’d be back here in smokey old London town, buying your mangos, sweet poattoes and yams in Brixton market to the sounds of reggae from the dubstep music stalls nearby and the sweet smell of a thousand spliffs being smoked in nearby streets, before heading off to Brick lane for a choice of a hundred different curry houses while listening to the call of Allah from the nearby mosques then making your way back home through the throng of a large African wedding party along Hackney High street and back home to your local boozer The Kings Arms in the Old Kent Road even though you can’t understand half the clientele coz their all jabbering away in Polish…

Don’t be so pessimistic. We are not in terminal decline – well we all are individually, but as for wider society , things can only get better ….
a.
Oops sorry , don’t know what I was doing there.

Colm,
Yes you are, you being Great Britain .. you had better make the next one a large one … The lefties have helped ‘break it’ and now they have absolutely no idea just how to fix it.
Colm, ‘ White flight’ is real, it’s a 21st century phenomenon granted .. but’s it’s real.
I miss England each and every day, but as the lefties say, and it rings very true ‘ Think of your cheeldren’.
I did.
“a.”
Colm, I was just thinking the same thing.
Colm, on January 26th, 2013 at 8:33 PM Said:

No worries Colm .. The drink knows
that’s all that matters.
It’s just a part and matter of fact of being a lefty, sooner or later, Karma was bound to catch up with you
Harri
I live in London – One of the safest big cities in the world. It is not a nightmare. It’s a great place to live. I am privileged to have been born and to live here.
Colm
My family are all Londoners .. it’s not the place it once was.
You can now count the amount of ‘ Londoners’ district by disrict on one hand.
Colm
You are a real Londoner, living in London … congratulations now you are a ‘Minority group’ .. just don’t expect any special privileges, you will not get any
Harri
Of course it isn’t. It’s not a fossilised museum piece. Like it’s river, it’s a moveable feast and ‘Londoners’ are all those who choose to in London. The good, the bad and the ugly. It’s not a provincial boring homogenous dullsville little town, it’s a World magnet city and all the better for it.
Colm
Yeah not what it was – all of us blow ins cluttering up the place
Harri
Being a Londoner I already have a special privilege
Of course London as the capital city, belongs to all of us
Yes, even you foreigners from the 6 counties..
Colm
How very dare you!
That was meant to be a shocked smilie. I coded it right but he doesn’t look shocked to me.
Aileen
For a girl you’re very clever. You’ve discovered how to do a new emoticon. Even I don’t know how to do that one
Colm
It has been well established that men struggle with expressing emoticons
I just put in what worked on other sites – eek in between two :s
Will try same with cry
“It has been well established that men struggle with expressing emoticons ”
A sexist comment if ever I read one. Men have a right to show emotions, wear stockings and attend Mother’s Union meetings. Or even have a “Pamper Day..”
Men have a right to show emotions, wear stockings and attend Mother’s Union meetings. Or even have a “Pamper Day..”
OK that explains what you were doing yesterday Agit…
One day a top judge is going to be either mugged or killed by a criminal he previously set free on compassionate grounds.
I do hope so.
There was a case of which I read a couple of years ago when a young ‘liberal’ woman went to the Sangatte migrant camp in France to help would-be illegals get into the UK. She was raped by those whom she wished to set loose in the UK. The point here is not that she deserved to be raped but that she calculated that if any woman were to be raped by the low-lifes in Sangatte, it wouldn’t be her. Judges calculate that they won’t be affected by the consequences of their decisions but if others are adversely affected, too bad. Unfortunately the system does not allow any come-back on judges for their decisions, most of which are consistently ‘liberal’ (anti-British) and therefore deliberate policy.
Allan in line with other threads on individual rights “to be” that young woman was only exercising her freedoms of expression.
Unfortunately that coincided with those men deciding to exercise her too..
