LESSONS IN DRUGS…

By David Vance On April 12th, 2014

Incredible stupidity and as is often the way, from an academic, who just happens to advise the Government!

Primary school children as young as 10 years old should be taught about drugs, according to one of the government’s top advisers on the subject. Professor Simon Gibbons, who sits on the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (ACMD), said education on substance abuse was lacking at primary and middle school level. He told a public meeting: “At the primary and middle school phase there’s not enough information on drug education for 10, 11 and 12-year-olds. “That’s something we should be pushing for.” Drugs and addiction do not currently form part of the national curriculum at primary level.

Teach them about Sex. Teach them about homosexuality. Teach them about drugs. And all in their most tender years. Absolutely nauseating social engineering.

  1. Will not mentioning the existence of recreational drugs stop kids from being offered or using them ?.No. I see nothing wrong with proper informed knowledge about the health dangers of drugs being given in the classroom with the aim of giving youngsters the confidence to reject them. Ignoring the issue will not magically keep drugs away from them.

  2. Teach them about Sex. Teach them about homosexuality. Teach them about drugs. And all in their most tender years. Absolutely nauseating social engineering.

But they are taught fairy tales about sky gods from age five. Ten year olds should be taught about the dangers of drugs just like they should be taught about the dangers of junk food. That’s not social engineering, it’s just common sense.

  3. The more children have had their minds filled with sex and drugs, the more sex and drugs they’ve done.

    Quite obviously.

The Marxist culture warriors who forced this nonsense onto society knew full well what they were doing. The magic of the idea is that as it works (i.e. as more children are seduced into sex and drugs) so the cry goes out that more and better sex and drugs education is necessary to undo the damage already in play.

I’m sorry, the very idea of teaching children about sex and drugs is completely barmy.

Yes, much better for them to self-educate online. What could go wrong?

  5. Much better to allow children to be children. This mania for medicating and educating childhood away is demented.

  6. Not teaching kids about drugs is like not teaching them not to cross the road against the light.

    Ignorance is death.

  7. If you teach children about drugs you would have to tell them the truth and the truth is drugs can be fun. If you don’t tell them the truth then you’d be better off saying nothing.
