  1. Oh good a Fox News fair and balanced statement by Newt the Lobbyist

  2. “Educate yourselves”, “Pay Attention”….

If you want people to watch your videos, you’d do well not to be so condescending.

Especially as we all know that it’s you most of all you needs to pay attention and educate yourself.

  3. He’s wrong – all the time – Even on such things as the price of natural gas in his own state, which is nearly impossible to be wrong on, but yet he talks down to Others!

  4. Noel…..

    “Educate yourselves”, “Pay Attention”….!

you need it more than most.

  5. look if you only want one side of what’s going on don’t watch what I put up. I view the stories from all sources and then I do what you are unable to do.

I apply logic, morality, and honest evaluation to the situation.

  6. look if you only want one side of what’s going on don’t watch what I put up

Patrick, my good friend, you and I know they only want one side of the story presented, their side.

  7. Patrick, I call you my good friend, because when we came to New York you and you your wife drove 6 hours to welcome us. You may not know the price of tea in china, but you’ve got class and a heart of gold. More than I can say for some.

That’s my rant for the day!

  8. Charles, I’m not sure who ‘they’ are but the only thing I’m interested in are facts and forming conclusions based on facts.

I’d be of the opinion that most ATW regular contributors have class and a heart of gold.

  9. Paul, like I said, that was my rant for the day. I like the fact that you think the best of people here.

  10. Most ATW regular contributors Charles.

  11. Thank you Charles, but totally not necessary it was our pleasure to meet you and your lovely wife.

  12. Well Paul the FACTS are the Obama Administration used the FBI/DOJ/IRS/NSA/PATRIOT ACT to attack all political dissent and try to sabotage a candidate for President.

  13. Noel,

    “Educate yourselves”, “Pay Attention”….

If you want people to watch your videos, you’d do well not to be so condescending.

I agree Noel. But I find people who act in this way usually have nothing to say.
If you have logic, morality, and honestly to back up what you claim, then you don’t need to talk down to people in this condescending way.

  14. Well Paul the FACTS are the Obama Administration used the FBI/DOJ/IRS/NSA/PATRIOT ACT to attack all political dissent and try to sabotage a candidate for President.

What were the facts of restoration of sovereignty to Iraq and the SOFA Pat?

  15. Dave

    Militant ignorance speaks this way

  16. This is the due process our president was talking about this morning on twitter regarding wife beater Porter.

“In any reasonable system of law, Secretary Clinton would already be in jail. All of her senior aides would be in jail.”

Callisto Gingrich (Newt’s mistress when he told his his cancer stricken, hospitalized wife he wanted a divorce) was named ambassador to the Holy See by Trump.

A decent person would cry if it wasn’t so damn ironic.

  17. I did not know he was named ambassador to the Vatican. That such a lowlife as Gingrich was named is an insult to the RC religion. When Newt puts on his ‘intellectual’ persona it is hilarious. If he puts on that act in the Vatican many there are truly intellectual and will swat him about as deserved. There seems to be no end to the Trump clown show.

  18. Paul continues to beat the dead horse of Iraq… ah the babbling of the feeble mind… you and Phantom are stuck on Stupid.

What were the facts of restoration of sovereignty to Iraq and the SOFA Pat?

It doesn’t matter what mattered were our troops were in control of the country when Obama took office. The Iraqi’s that were in charge at that time wanted us to remain and were ready to negotiate. Obama said FU and abandoned them and the Whole ME.

Those are the facts. You spin it anyway you want it’s irrelevant The fronts have shifted, and we now have a different commander in chief. Iraq is not a problem. The front line is Israel and Saudi Arabia. The main target in the ME is Iran, and the immediate problem is North Korea.

Stay stuck on an issue that a) you have wrong and b) is not a priority. Call it the fluid nature of war, but the tide has shifted…. maybe you should too?

  19. //It doesn’t matter what mattered were our troops were in control of the country when Obama took office.//

That isn’t true. Baghdad had been handed back to Iraqis and Mosul was still in the middle of an insurgency when Bush’s term came to an end.

“The Iraqi’s that were in charge at that time wanted us to remain and were ready to negotiate.”

That’s totally untrue. The Iraqi government actively sought and signed the US disengagement plan, which provided for departure of all US troops by 2011. It also declared 1 Jan 2009 to be “Independence Day”, the day Iraqis finally regained control over the country. That was all under GW Bush.

//I did not know he was named ambassador to the Vatican//

From what I understand, it wasn’t him but his mistress who was appointed US ambassador to the Vatican 🙂

  20. you’re missremembering as Bush would say Noel.

  21. If a reader wanted to simply hear what Gingrich claims why not just go directly to Fox?

  22. Patrick is entirely ignorant of everything that happened in Iraq since 2001, and everyone here knows it.

  23. That is unfair Phantom. He has been spelling it correctly.

  24. It doesn’t matter what mattered were our troops were in control of the country when Obama took office. The Iraqi’s that were in charge at that time wanted us to remain and were ready to negotiate. Obama said FU and abandoned them and the Whole ME.

    Those are the facts

Except they’re not the facts :

Keeping Americans in Iraq longer isn’t the answer to the problems of Iraq.” [a prolonged U.S. presence was] “definitely not the solution to the problems of my country.”

    – Former Iraqi Prime Minister Ayad Allawi, 2011.

    http://thehill.com/blogs/pundits-blog/defense/243281-why-republicans-cant-blame-obama-for-iraq-or-isis

Moqtada al-Sadr said through a spokesman this week that his Sadrist political bloc will withdraw from Maliki’s governing coalition if any U.S. troops remain.

“We think that the extension of the U.S. in Iraqi is a red line,” Salah Alubadi said. “If this happens, we will present a lawsuit to the federal court.”

Those are the facts Pat. If you have any credible material to the contrary present it. If you haven’t any reasonable person could conclude that your ‘facts’ are inventions.

  25. No Paul you’re wrong. Those aren’t the facts, those are spin.

  26. I notice not one person on this thread actually listened to the piece and commented on what was said…. you all just foamed at the mouth and babbled bullshit about anything, but what the piece was about…

Such High Standards you all have.

  27. No Paul you’re wrong. Those aren’t the facts, those are spin

No Pat, they’re facts and direct quotes from Iraqi politicians in relation to SOFA.

Disprove them with credible evidence if you can. If you can’t then it’s reasonable to assume that your protestations are contrived.

  28. Patrick, I did listen to the full piece, but I had my hands full defending myself on the other thread! But you’re right. I should have commented on the piece.

  29. the wonderful Hate Trump Crowd….

President Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law was taken to a Manhattan hospital as a precaution on Monday after a suspicious letter containing an unidentified substance was sent to her apartment, senior law enforcement and city officials told NBC News.

The letter was addressed to Vanessa Trump’s husband, Donald Trump Jr., the eldest child of the president and his ex-wife Ivana. After the letter was opened, three people at the residence were taken to New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell Medical Center strictly as a precaution, the New York City Fire Department said.

There is no indication anyone suffered any injuries; the NYPD said the substance was deemed to be non-hazardous and was taken to a lab for further analysis.

“How disturbed must a person be to do what they did to a mother of five children?” Michael Cohen, President Trump’s personal attorney, said in a statement. “This dangerous and reckless act goes beyond political differences.”

  30. Charles you’re fine…. you make sense when you talk and your comments pro or against are always reason based.
