Carter-Yasser.jpgI frequently refer to Jimmy Carter as America’s worst ever President and like a true stalwart he just keeps providing further proof of this.

It is revealed today that back in 1987 Jimmy Carter wrote to the U.S. Justice Department’s Office of Special Investigation pleading for "special consideration” for a man proven to have murdered Jews in the Mauthausen death camp in Austria.

Martin Bartesch, who had immigrated to the U.S. and lived in Chicago, admitted to Sher’s office and the court that he had voluntarily joined the Waffen SS and had served in the notorious SS Death’s Head Division at the Mauthausen concentration camp where, at the hands of Bartesch and his cohorts, many thousands of prisoners were gassed, shot, starved and worked to death. He also confessed to having concealed his service at the infamous camp from U.S. immigration officials.

So, when he wasn’t trying to work things out on behalf of his pal, Arafat, he was trying to get a better deal for guilty SS Guards. What a guy! – little wonder the international political left felt pleased  to honour him with a Nobel Peace Prize.

PS  And then, when you think he can’t SINK any lower, Carter gives a little more. Interviewed on Al Jazeeera TV, Carter explains "Well, I wasn’t equating the Palestinian missiles with terrorism.” These are the missiles that slaughter innocent Israelis. But they’re not terrorist missiles in Jimbo’s mind.  Gotta hand it to him – he really must HATE the Jews.

  1. The man is a vile exemplar of the Left’s raging Jew-hatred. Hell even his own Leftie cronies are deserting him by the DOZEN now in disgust at his antics. This latest pair of evidential pieces, one historic, one current, just shows it all the clearer.

  2. DSD: Sadly anti-semitism is not confined to one edge of the political spectrum. While I think Carter was in fact one of our worst Presidents, and clearly our worst ex-President, I was shocked at the story of this particular letter. I haven’t seen a comment from him about it but it certainly is disturbing.

  3. No argument from me Mahons, go check out the DSD archive for lovely ‘debates’ with Nazi muppets from the ‘other edge’…
