The Hysterics Start at 9:05 EST

By Patrick Van Roy On July 9th, 2018

President Trump’s Supreme Court finalists are reportedly Raymond Kethledge, Thomas Hardiman, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.

If Trump truly wants to upset the Dems it will be Barrett. If he wants the LEAST amount of battle it’ll be Hardiman. Either way the Cry will be Roe vs Wade is going away.

That I can’t see ever happening even though it’s flawed Law.

Break out the BIG bag of Popcorn and watch this site for info on the Circus as it unfolds……

Judge Brett Kavanaugh

Brett Michael Kavanaugh (born February 12, 1965) is a nominee to become an Associate Justice for the United States Supreme Court. He currently serves as a United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He was White House Staff Secretary during the Presidency of George W. Bush.

A protégé of Ken Starr, Kavanaugh played a lead role in drafting the Starr Report, which urged the impeachment of President Bill Clinton.[1] Kavanaugh led the investigation into the suicide of Clinton aide Vince Foster. After the 2000 U.S. presidential election, in which Kavanaugh worked for the George W. Bush campaign in the Florida recount, Kavanaugh joined Bush’s staff, where he led the Administration’s effort to identify and confirm judicial nominees.[2]

Kavanaugh was nominated to the D.C. Appeals Court by Bush in 2003. His confirmation hearings were contentious and stalled for three years over charges of partisanship. Kavanaugh was ultimately confirmed in May 2006 after a series of negotiations between Democratic and Republican senators.[3][4][5]

Kavanaugh was nominated by President Donald Trump on July 9, 2018, to become an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, following the vacancy created by the retirement of Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy.[6][7]

  1. His nominee will likely be confirmed absent some major personal issue.

  2. It seems that the media has made Barrett out to be more Catholic than the Pope. If she has any writings on Roe v. Wade, Susan Collins (R-Mn) might peel off as might Flake (R-AZ).

My money’s on Trump picking Barrett.

  3. I lose. It’s Kavanaugh!

  4. It seems highly likely that Kavanaugh would be confirmed, and from what I’ve seen he should be.

  5. I wanted Barrett also Charles

“A Liberal’s Case for Brett Kavanaugh”

“The nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to be the next Supreme Court justice is President Trump’s finest hour, his classiest move. Last week the president promised to select “someone with impeccable credentials, great intellect, unbiased judgment, and deep reverence for the laws and Constitution of the United States.” In picking Judge Kavanaugh, he has done just that.”

  8. A white married man with children.

    Good.

    Decency prevails.

  9. CNN ran a story that he is the 108th white male to sit on the court….. playing the race card of all things right out of the box.

The story went out 10 min after the announcement.

  10. I hear the liberal heads exploding from sea to shining sea. Oh, the schadenfreude of it all!

  11. How many white males are on the SCOTUS noting that jews are not included?

  12. why no Jews Allan…..? Jews aren’t white?

  13. Let’s be clear here. This guy has been appointed to please the Evangelicals who voted for Trump the pussy-graber for one reason only, which is to make abortion illegal in the United States of America.

So in 2019 Roe v Wade will be struck down, and the pussy-grabber will have fulfilled another election pledge. And the backlash will be awesome to behold. So bring it on judge!

  14. I disagree Peter. I don’t see Roe V. Wade being overturned. At most, if the SCOTUS even accepted an abortion case, they would turn it back over to the States. I don’t see the country having the belly for that fight.
