MEANWHILE, IN 1975

By Pete Moore On January 20th, 2019

Two men have been arrested for a car bombing last night in Stroke City. Speculation is that it might have been the “New IRA”.

  1. Micro dissident Republican grouo Saoradh are claiming it was an attack to mark the centenary of the Soloheadbeg ambush :

  2. I wonder what the technical definition of a micro dissident group is, as opposed to a Macro, Medium sized or even mini Micro group 😉

Exploding a car bomb in a public place in Derry? Hard to think of a more inappropriate way to celebrate the centenary of Sooheadbeg.

I suppose now to celebrate the cetenary of the First Dail, which is tomorrow, they’ll explode a bomb in Dawson Street in Dublin.

  4. Suspiciously high def CCTV compared to that released on an almost daily basis in regard to knife crime in London

  5. Sure it wasn’t the “I can’t believe it’s not the IRA”? These sad losers keep popping up dont they. Hopefully they will get grounded by their mums, grow up and discover girls at the age of 35….bunch of onanists.

  6. Why would anyone be surprised that there was a high def camera in front of a courthouse in Derry

That would be about the most unsurprising thing in the history of the world.

  7. Two men have been arrested

Watch out for “released without charge” tomorrow, unless they were stupid enough to be seen on cctv.

  8. How would they park up and leave the car there without being recorded by that camera?

  9. It’s strange how what looks like a huge explosion actually causes so little damage.

Looking at the flash you’d think the whole street would be destroyed, but even the street lamps just a few feet away are undamaged and the tops of the trees aren’t even shaking.

  10. Noel, the blast was only big enough to destroy the car. The det obviously went and ignited the charge which leads to the question which kind and what quantity of explosive was used?

Pretty strange that if you’re going to the trouble of shifting a car bomb that there’s not enough charge to hit the presumed target.

  11. Yup – it all points to black muslims

  12. Nah, it was the Russians 😉

  13. I think the fact that the tops of the trees aren’t even shaking after such a blast proves that this is all fake and never actually happened and is just to divert the attention of the people of NI from Theresa May’s speech tomorrow when she’ll unveil a new deal with the RoI.

  14. A really controlled demolition.

  15. I see the ATW explosives experts are out in force. 😁

  16. This is VERY disappointing. Terrible even.

Not one of ye. Not a single poster has made comment on the initials in the bottom right hand corner of the video.

What’s the world site come to.

  18. I’d suggest that this is a message that there’s a (metaphorical) new kid on the block trying to earn his spurs rather than any sort of serious attempt at damage.

Dave, I’m not an explosives expert by any stretch but I’ve been exposed to a few explosions and their aftermaths if you take the damage that was done by the Omagh car bomb for example you’ll see what I mean.

    Brilliant McG 🙂
