Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch disagreed.

The Supremes haven’t disputed the guilty verdict. A retrial is possible. It ruled that prosecutors wrongly discriminated against black jurors. Two conservatives voted to quash the conviction, including the man that the Left tried to ruin recently. Two conservatives, one of them black, voted to uphold it.
