THE POINT OF FOREIGN AID

By Pete Moore On July 22nd, 2019

India has successfully launched its second lunar mission a week after it halted the scheduled blast-off due to a technical snag […]

India hopes the $145m (£116m) mission will be the first to land on the Moon’s south pole.

British tax-victims were forced to stump up £98 million in foreign aid to India last year. Clearly India doesn’t need it if it can chuck more than that at firing things at the Moon. So why are we doing it? To keep bureaucrats, NGOs and other parasites in a job, of course. Foreign aid is white collar welfare crack.

  1. So why are we doing it?

Maybe it is reparation for that Empire thingy ? Nice to see them do well.

  2. I am surprised it’s only 98 million. I thought it would have been a lot more.
