At the end of this clip the proposal he puts forth I would support.

  1. In the United States, a red flag law is a politically divided gun control law that permits police or family members to petition a state court to order the temporary removal of firearms from a person who may present a danger to others or themselves without due process and facing their accusers in a court of law.

  2. you didn’t watch the video Pete……

  3. I did watch it. I added the link to aid understanding. Red flag laws are an American thing.

  4. What his proposal is has nothing to do with existing red flag Laws…. Crenshaw proposes a process that protects due process…. so your link only adds to the confusion.

  5. Crenshaw speaks about red flag laws (see? I watched it). But the post doesn’t clarify what they are. A viewer now knows, thanks to my timely addition.

  6. Crenshaw goes into explicit description of exactly what he is calling for…. your link does not help…. I appreciate your intention though Pete.

  7. It seems that Crenshaw got a lot of heat from his fellow Texans for even wanting to “have a conversation” about red flag laws. His emphasis on due process is important. I’m a little unsure want he means about “standing” however.

  8. yeah he got stomped

  9. Is that Snake Pliskin? I thought he was dead.

  10. Didn’t he watch A Christmas Story?
