  1. These are the only two people Boris needs to work with.

  2. Boris can’t work with Trump. The US Congress has already said they will kill any trade deal with Boris if he doesn’t protect the Good Friday Agreement. Which his no deal Brexit lunacy will fail to do.

  3. The Good Friday agreement is more important than Brexit, and is more important than any UK/US trade deal.

    Act accordingly.

The Brexit guys should have thought this part of things through.

  4. The EU is way ahead of the US In the listing of the UK’s major trade partners

Even outside of the EU, Germany, France, Ireland, Holland Europe etc are the UK’s natural trading partners

  5. The EU is also not requesting that the UK drop their food standards or privatise the NHS.

  6. yes yes the business of Britain and the United States will stop because the ROI/EU want to cause a problem over a border that only exists on paper and the Dems in congress will block any agreement….

What about Japan the EU and the American Dems gonna block that also…. ?

Anyone who thinks the border in Ireland is going to stop anything is fooling themselves.

  7. The border currently only exists on paper. Your dear glorious leader’s bumchum in Downing Street wants to change that. Create situation where it goes from a border that de facto doesn’t exist to a full fledged one.

  8. The Irish aren’t creating any problem

They’re asking that existing, hard won, useful agreements with the UK be respected

And Trump has no interest in negotiating a fair deal with England anyway. He will be interested in swindling the Brits. It’s always been his style

  9. The US Congress has already said they will kill any trade deal with Boris if he doesn’t protect the Good Friday Agreement

Pat ignores such silly things as international agreements.

A UK / USA trade agreement will put the Brits in the unique position of being serfs both to a Monarchy & a Republic.

  10. yes yes the swindler in chief and the other mop haired clown are together going to destroy the british economy……

No one except those who don’t want a Brexit are trying to create Any obstacle the can imagine they have already thrown at it every doomsday scenario they can think of….

They failed Brexit is coming and with it more prosperity than they ever saw in the EU…. but keep kvetching if it makes you feel good……

  11. The British will be winning so much they’ll get tired of winning

  12. Yes yes the swindler in chief and the other mop haired clown are together going to destroy the british economy

Who said anything about destroying the Brit economy? What the US will do is absolutely negotiate the deal best for their interests. They’ll have the Brits over a barrell and the Brits better have some lube handy:

They failed Brexit is coming and with it more prosperity than they ever saw in the EU….

Pat, if the accuracy of your past predictions are used as a bench mark the Brits will be eating insects and sawdust.

Incidentally, while on the Brexit / Irish issue look as the ‘analysis’ by these two Brexit easy on the eye useful idiots . Absolutely bloody hilarious:

  13. grasshoppers are good…..

  14. Pat, could you check your mail please?

  15. //These are the only two people Boris needs to work with.//

Patrick, you aren’t reading the news. Boris Johnson said only yesterday that the US will have to make compromises before the UK can agree a trade deal with it.

What do you think of that?

  16. No, the UK has to lower its imported food safety standards

    Because of “freedom” or whatever

  17. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2018/jan/16/bacon-laced-banned-additive-us-trade-deal-food-risk-list

The Trumpers won’t hear about this on Rush or Hannity or the “ Great One “

  18. post up Paul

  19. compromise…. gee lets see. That sounds like something you’d do in negotiating a Trade Deal

the fact that one party wants the other to compromise…. damn I never thought to negotiate like that….

  20. Thanks Pat.

  21. The UK should not compromise on any food safety matters

If US producers wish to sell to the UK market, they should meet the standard, which They are well able to do

  22. they could easily adapt to meat them….

  23. Paul

I just watched those two intellectual giants on Twitter. You owe me a glass of cheap sweet wine. I just spat out a mouthful of cheap plonk and knocked over the remaining glass of it 😀

  24. lol

  25. I bought a bottle of British wine in my local supermarket because it was on offer. I can see why. It was crap. I still drank it though 😉
