TEAR DOWN THE NYT BUILDING

By Pete Moore On July 1st, 2020

We see what the Bolsheviks are doing.

@nytimes

Mount Rushmore was built on land that belonged to the Lakota tribe and sculpted by a man who had strong bonds with the Ku Klux Klan. It features the faces of 2 U.S. presidents who were slaveholders.

The subtext is clear: Mount Rushmore must go. Drunk on their false and defamatory 1619 project, they move on to the really iconic stuff. (The Lakota took the Black Hills from the Cheyenne, so the Lakota people can shut up.)

The New York Times is named after the Duke of York, one of the greatest slave traders. The New York Times Building is on land which Dutch colonists swindled from the Canarsee people.

No subtext necessary: the New York Times must be liquidated and its assets used in reparations. The NYT Building, a monument to colonial deceit and slavery, must be torn down.

Alinsky’s Rule #4: Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.

  1. Love this

    I tip my hat

  2. Slavery existed in pre contact north and south America

Therefore, the Indians were no good. Because a sociology dropout from NYU told me this

  3. Best post on ATW in 2020. Well done.

  4. Americans must stop using the English language. Such cultural appropriation of the noble language of the ancient anglo-saxon peoples of Brittania by those who do not live on the soil of England is an act of modern imperialist theft and we won’t bloody stand for it anymore !

All statues of Americans who speak good English must come down… and yes I know that means the statue of Trump will survive 🙂

Does that mean we can go back to speaking Irish?

  6. Seimi

I’m afraid not. The prohibition only applies to oppressive Yankee imperialists. Only when the Irish reach a stage of hegemonic power over the Brits will be able to demand a reclamation of our language from you. There are rules to the hierarchy of oppression you know 😉

  7. Dammit! You Brits and your red tape!

  8. The term hyperbole means extravagant exaggeration as in mile high ice cream cones or the NYT building must be torn down. A good conman has plenty of the tricks up his sleeve and like all magic it’s the art of illusion

  9. Was New York really named after the Duke of York or just York the geographical referance

  10. The Duke of York (who was also eventually James II). His Scottish title was the Duke of Albany, which is where the capital of New York gets its name.

  11. facts don’t matter to some, their propaganda tactics are straight out of the commie playbook;
that’s one thing useful they learnt from their friends in the former USSR
I’m surprised we haven’t got a post entitled “A Tsar is born” after Putin swindled his country into getting himself elected till 2036 yesterday.
petem russian counterparts / handlers may have given instructions to keep schtum , given the current climate re: the bounty on US Troops paid for from the Kremlin !

  12. Allan and Pete admire the “strong Patriotic hero of the Russian people” Putin. Patrick won’t put up any post that isn’t about his singular partisan American political obsession. I think it might need Mahons or Phantom to put up a post discussing the “free and fair” Constitutional vote and the “Make Putin leader for ever” landslide that the Russian people have obviouls voluntarily opted for.

  13. Of course, if Putin was an actual patriot, he would bring back the Romanovs as royal family as part of a democratic, constitutional monarchy. He wont though – he’s a grubby little ex-commy dictator.

  14. spot on colm,
the rule of thumb for the Russian bots is
    destabilise the west

petem’s posts denigrating NHS, UK Gov’t , corona-virus, BLM all are designed to achieve this end
allan’s comments are more rarefied, they seek to undermine everything, from 9/11 to corona-virus, and the rest .

The main problem for them is when the West decides to ” come together “, its a disaster for their propaganda, so they’ll attack even if the attack makes no sense, it doesn’t matter its out there. Repeat a lie often enough etc

solidarity in the west and the healing of division are anathema; the opposite fear-mongering , sowing hatred and division, utilising racism are the tools.

its a simple effective playbook and is based on manipulation of human nature

the better parts of us want to come together, join , heal, forgive
the worse parts of us want to snarl, divide , destroy the good works of unity

If you’re going to work for the Beast ( promote what’s worst in our nature )
you have to sell your soul .. and they’re happy to do that

  15. I have to say Colm, I’m pretty disappointed that you haven’t commented on the Duke of York having ten thousand men.

    Standards must be maintained.

  16. Paul

I cannot comment on figures that haven’t been independently verified. After all, we only have the Duke’s word for it and he might well have a Trumpian attitude to claiming crowd sizes 🙂
