Judge orders declassification of Michigan’s Audit of the Dominion Machines.

Judge Releases Dominion Audit Report: System ‘Designed’ to ‘Create Systemic Fraud’

Court unseals details of audit on machines in Michigan’s Antrim County

The report covers the forensic audit of Dominion’s machines in Michigan’s Antrim County — which received national attention after it was discovered that 6,000 votes for President Donald Trump were “flipped” to Democrat Joe Biden due to an “error.”

13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin Elsenheimer ordered the report’s protective order to be lifted on Monday night, allowing the details of the audit to be unsealed and released to the public.

The data firm that conducted the forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems determined that the machines and software in Michigan showed that they were designed to create fraud and influence election results, the report reveals.

“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” Russell Ramsland Jr., co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group, said in a preliminary report.

“The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors.”

“The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication,” the report continues.

“The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail.

“Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan,” he added.

“We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.”

Ramsland, a former Reagan administration official who has worked for NASA, and the team of cybersecurity experts examined Dominion products in Antrim County earlier this month as part of an ongoing case.

The team inspected and performed forensic duplication on the county’s election management server, which was running Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5.3-002, compact flash cards used by local precincts in their Dominion ImageCast system, USB memory sticks used by Dominion Voter Assist Terminals, and USB memory sticks used for the poll book.

Ignoring these Truths will destroy our Republic. The next 4 years must be spent revalidating our Voting System. It is not Secure and it setup to keep career grifters in power forever.

  1. What is source for this

Why no listing of a source

  2. There may well be and probably are genuine reasons to review many of the systems and applications of your countries electoral system which with honest bipartison effort can be addressed. Perhaps one simpler solution is to count the ballots the way we do here in the UK.

Everyone enters their vote on paper with a simple pencil mark. They place it in a ballot box. Every ballot box is emptied out and the paper ballots counted and tallied by hand by dedicated volunteers . No complicated machines, software etc, and no politicians overseeing the process. It may not be perfect but it works well for us and seems a lot less ‘dodgy’ than what is described above.

  4. “Russell Ramsland Jr”

The guy who can’t tell the difference between counties in Minnesota and Michigan.

  5. This is about the ninth time that Troll has posted this nonsense about this “audit”.

    https://www.atangledweb.org/?p=87113

    http://www.atangledweb.org/?p=87042

This “news” broke about a month ago. The “audit” was carried out by a neo-confederate, former Republican candidate who couldn’t tell the difference between Michigan and Minnesota.

  6. Most states had a paper ballot type system Colm, it all changed as a result of the Bush v Gore election, and everyone switched to electronic during the first Obama Term.

  7. “career grifters in power forever.”

Not true, career grifter “Individual 1” will be removed from power on January 20th.

  8. So it wasn’t an official audit ? It was an ‘audit’ carried out in the same way that for example AOC would audit the economic policies of the Trump Presidency 🙂

  9. “So it wasn’t an official audit.”

Exactly. Maybe Troll should preface his conspiracy theories with the facts but he won’t. He isn’t exactly the honest type.

  10. All states did not switch to electronic voting.

NY has paper ballots that are counted electronically, many other states do the same.

I cast a paper ballot two months ago.

  11. The electronic counting machines are part of the electronic system Phantom, the software to adjust the numbers is in the counting machines as well.

You cast a paper ballot, it was then fed into a machine with software to “adjust” your vote as it was programed to do.

NO ELECTRONIC machines should be used to Vote or Count, both have the same software.

  12. “the software to adjust the numbers is in the counting machines as well.”

You any evidence of that? Or is it in the secret manual that no one actually seems to ever have a copy of?

  13. This is 100% Allan/Alex Jones/ Gateway Pundit / Sidney Powell hogwash.

Kind of shocking that anyone is still spouting it.

Patrick is saying the kind of thing that is ultimately a dagger at the heart of conservatism in the US as a national force. If the GOP continues to be controlled by the likes of Trump and Sandy Hook/ 9-11 Controlled Demolition type people who believe this stuff, then there’s no point in any serious people listening to the Republicans anymore – they must ultimately align with Dems and try to talk sense into them from within, or form a new principled conservative party, and let the Truthers have their own party.

  14. Its nonsense. Electronic counting machines would be programmed to count the ballots accurately. They may have faults , but the idea that they would intentionally have software written specifically and illegally to defraud the count and that THIS WOULD BE WRITTEN INTO THE MANUAL is bonkers.

  15. Patrick has no idea what he is talking about.

Where there are paper ballots that are maintained to allow for a manual recount if needed, it’s pretty hard to commit the fraud that he speaks of.

The system is very good here

  16. You can deny it, and I can say it looks real to me Phantom/Colm but the crux of the matter is the lack of trust. You two trust the machines I don’t.

There are over 50 million people who don’t trust the machines and will never trust another election that they are used in, so whether or not either of us are correct is not the issue.

The issue is restoring confidence. Right now that confidence does not exist.

Pennsylvania up until the machines were forced on us used giant machines bigger than phone booths, but they recorded everything on paper and used a toggle system, no electronics of anykind, and we always had the vote counted within 2 hours of the polls closing.

The system is very good here

Unless you just feed prefilled boxes of ballots into the machines which is a common fraud.

  18. Do you have an image of the machines that were used

NYC used to use machines like this where you would walk in, close the drape for privacy, make your selections, then pull back a big lever that would count the choices mechanically.

Used for quite a few decades here.

  19. I do have a little idea of what I speak Phantom. I did run polling stations every 2yrs for about 30yrs using both the old machines and the new. So I think first hand knowledge of actually counting the votes does give some basic knowledge that others may be missing.

  20. I say that the NYS system is ultimately impossible to successfully hack, unless paper ballots are destroyed, and I’ve never heard evidence of that on any level

The Board of Elections is staffed and run by ” good government ” people who devote their lives to an honest election system.

The Board of Elections is staffed and run by ” good government ” people who devote their lives to an honest election system.

  22. Patrick

I am not in any position to comment on ‘trusting’ these machines. How could I be, or you or anyone else here. WE know nothing about them, haven’t seen them or tested them. I was referring to the idea that a commercial company would design and sell an electronic ballot counting machine to be used in an official State election and then deliberately wreck the professional accuracy of their own product and distort the software in the machine to give a specific fraudulent result and hope no-one would notice or check. Its barking mad to believe such nonsense.

  23. These allegations are made by conspiracy nuts like Trump and Powell, those who know nothing, and who are crazy on other issues as well

  24. The Georgia hand count found a difference of 0.0099% (in Trump’s favour) compared to the original electronic count.
From a turnout of 5 million, the difference was 500.

  25. It doesn’t matter if you believe or I believe or if it makes sense for the company to design the machines this way.

What matters is the perception valid or not that the system as it exists is not trusted. Our whole system is based on the BELIEF of integrity.

Without that confidence in the system eventually it will lead to hostility it already has. That must be addressed. Just saying it’s bullshit doesn’t satisfy the problem of lack of confidence.

  26. Noel I’m not interested in the issues of this last election, the concern is restoring the confidence for future elections.

  27. The perception was put in your head by the Prince of Lies who lives at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue for the next week or so.

If 40% of the people believe in an untrue thing, that doesn’t make it any less untrue.

Remember, this dumb ** told the country that Ted Cruz stole the Iowa caucus vote in 2016. Nearly everything that he says is a lie, why continue down the road of complete naivete?

  28. “What matters is the perception valid or not that the system as it exists is not trusted. Our whole system is based on the BELIEF of integrity.”

The only reason there is a lack of confidence in the electoral system is because of the sort of far-right conspiracy theories that you have given credence to. You, and your ilk, are the reason there is a lack of confidence in the electoral system.

  29. Patrick

If a system has robust integrity but the doubt is planted by a President repeatedly lying (and he did) to his followers how do you address that ? I refer specifically to the Georgia election, where the most meticulous scrutiny and full hand recount in a Republican governed State resulted in probably the most accurate final result in the country and yet the President can still – as he did last Wednesday say to his followers “We won Georgia by hundreds and thousands of votes, not even close it was a landslide” . That isn’t scepticism, that isn’t being dubious about a close result, that is a bare faced undeniable and intentional lie. How do you fix that ?

  30. I don’t remember Patrick saying any of this stuff ever before 2016.

He believes it because the lie has been insinuated in his head by a master manipulator.

How do you fix a terrible problem that does not exist?

  31. correction to my quote above should read “We won Georgia by hundreds OF thousands of votes, not even close it was a landslide” .

  32. The system has no integrity. It might in your mind and you might think 40-50 million are idiots lead down the garden path…. Saying FU everything is fine sit down and shut up doesn’t solve the problem, doesn’t change the view of those 40-50 million and telling that many people to just shut up is going to lead to violence.

Is it that you don’t care that it will lead to violence?

  33. Here are two pages of just some of the History of CONVICTIONS for voter fraud in NY.

    https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud/search?state=NY

  34. here are a couple of pages from Pa

    https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud/search?combine=&state=PA&year=&case_type=All&fraud_type=All

  35. here are 5 pages from Ca

    https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud/search?combine=&state=CA&year=&case_type=All&fraud_type=All

I can pull pages of CONVICTIONS from EVERY STATE and this fraud goes back forever. The system has never been uniform, it has always been riddled with fraud.

This election has just made it apparent to everyone on a National scale. When a local politician gets popped for voting fraud it’s not national news, hell in Philly it’s common.

This election has created an opportunity to finally correct the system.

  36. Patrick

What about the specific question I asked about the Georgia election and Trump’s claims of the result there ?

  37. There is always some fraud but there is not the massive fraud that your master speaks of

  38. There is also some food contamination in every supermarket, and there is some shoplifting in each supermarket as well

According to Patrick, that means we should shut down all the supermarkets on the Face of the earth

  39. The election is over Colm. What happened will be sorted out over the next couple of years and is no longer the issue.

  40. So when the President you admire tells a blatant lie (which is a big part of the reason for the mistrust in the elections) you still can’t bring yourself to acknowledge it let alone condemn it. Nothing will be sorted out unless that part of the problem is addressed too.

  41. Did Ted Cruz steal the Iowa caucus in 2016 as Trump said?

    Ted Cruz should be prosecuted?

    https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2016/feb/03/donald-trump-ted-cruz-stole-iowa-caucuses-new-election

  42. And here is a story about the Antrim County manual recount from back in December which confirmed the certified results

    https://www.freep.com/story/news/local/michigan/2020/12/17/antrim-county-hand-tally-certified-election-results/3937898001/

  43. I don’t believe it to be a Lie Colm, I know the fraud was rampant, and I believe there is a ton of evidence. I believe over the next 4 years how much fraud took place will be revealed.

The system is not secure and never has been. It’s over 50 different systems all with their own holes and sliding walls.

Donald Trump is gone. We are now in a Biden administration. The election is done legitimate or not the person who takes the Oath on the 20th which is Joe Biden the Congress that is working now is the Biden Congress.

I am not interested in the minutia of what happened. I’m only interested in assuring it doesn’t happen again.

  44. Patrick

Trump’s claim about the claim about Georgia is a lie. Whatever you might think about the wider national result, Trump’s claim – with no shred of evidence and a carefully scrutinised count proving it’s a lie is a big part of the ‘problem’. You can’t fix a problem if you only address one part (electoral system issues and genuine fraud) but ignore the other ( blatant disinformation and lies which fueled that sense of distrust).

  45. “I am not interested in the minutia of what happened. I’m only interested in assuring it doesn’t happen again.”

So you don’t know what happened but you don’t want it to happen again?

  46. I believe that this can be arranged.

    Done.

  47. no Colm I disagree and I’m just not going to discuss with anyone the “actual disputes” of the last election. Joe Biden is the President of the US. The election is over.

Every argument that could be made to explain my views on the fraud have already been made and will not be repeated, not because I don’t still believe them, but it is what it is… and it’s time to move on.

Anyone that wants to rehash the same stuff is more than welcome to do so. I’m done.

This article is from Dec 15th, but the issue of the Integrity of the vote will be brought up on a weekly basis because it is a ticking time bomb and an ongoing problem for every election.

  48. OK Patrick, you want to address only a part of the problem. Good luck with solving the full problem that way.

  49. no Colm I can address all of the problem, I’m just tired of fighting the idiocy that the arguments on the last election bring onto the threads……..

So for now the Election that just passed is off my discussion list unless the particular issue effects future elections.

Now Georgia’s future problem is they’ve installed an unconstitutional voting system that needs to be fixed. That I’ll discuss.

  50. They haven’t installed an unconstitutional system. If they had it would be ruled unconstitutional by the one body that decides these things, the Supreme Court. It is not for you, I or any other individual to make that call.

  51. “Now Georgia’s future problem is they’ve installed an unconstitutional voting system that needs to be fixed. ”

Can you explain why you think it is unconstitutional?

  52. The Georgia courts think that the system is fine. The Republicans who run the state think that it is fine.

A biased blogger from another state thinks it’s ” unconstitutional “, because everything is unconstitutional if he doesn’t like it

  53. The result is ‘unconstitutional’ because Biden narrowly won. If Trump had narrowly won, there wouldn’t have been a problem.

  54. Trump even said exactly that in 2016

Biden won by a larger real vote margin and by the identical electoral margin four years later, and suddenly the bright lights think that there is a problem – one that they never commented on before 2016 in thousands of polemical comments.

This is what happens when you don’t think for yourself.

  55. The result was unconstitutional because the Republican Rattburger and Stacy “I’m Guv” Abrahams changed the voting law, not the state legislature. Even if Trump won Georgia the votes would still be invalid. period.

  56. We have multiple state whose votes should be thrown out entirely and not just the last election, but every election going forward my own state included.

Our voting system is in violation of the constitution no election going forward is valid.

  57. “The result was unconstitutional because the Republican Rattburger and Stacy “I’m Guv” Abrahams changed the voting law, not the state legislature. Even if Trump won Georgia the votes would still be invalid. period.”

Where does it say in the US constitution that only the state legislature can change voting law? You don’t understand your own constitution.

  58. no election going forward is valid.

No Iranian fanatic will criticize the US system as much as the remaining Trumpers will

  59. Phantom the Constitution says what it says, only a state or the federal legislature can change election law.

We have multiple states that no longer meet the basic requirement to hold a legal vote.

  60. and it has nothing to do with Trump, that’s your mental disease TDS. Mine’s the Constitution.

  61. The states of GA and PA did change their processes, internally, as you say, so everything’s cool

And as the wonderful Daphne said, the Texas governor changed some things and you didn’t complain about that. Because it’s a red state, and those states can do as they wish.

Those procedural arguments have nothing to do with fraud in any event. You guys are all over the place.

  62. “Phantom the Constitution says what it says, only a state or the federal legislature can change election law.”

No it doesn’t. You don’t even know what is in your own constitution.

  63. Always, always, judges have made changes where appropriate

ie. locally if one of the old voting machines broke, and/or if there were people on line, the judge would order the polls to stay open longer so everyone could vote.

Why in the world would anyone oppose things like that?

    None of that is fraud.

An ineligible person voting is fraud. A eligible vote not being counted is fraud. There’s no significant evidence of that stuff. You’ve been lied to bucko – and the procedural things on mail voting are another matter.

    Again, all over the place.

  64. It’s not cool… and if the Tx governor change something that just adds another state whose votes are disqualified….

to be honest I don’t usually read what Daphne writes, or I would have said it earlier.

The Federal Government needs to create one system for every state and territory. It is the only Constitutional way to correct the issue…. Hell tell Nancy to get on it I don’t care let this congress do it.

  65. Firstly it is simply not true to say that only state legislatures have a say over voting law. The conspiracy theory types don’t even understand their own constitution. Secondly, any decision by the state legislature is subject to the state constitution. Thus any decision by state legislatures is reviewable by the state courts.

Which is why the Supreme Court slapped down the tinfoil hat brigade over the issue.

  66. Haven’t read all of the comments, someone may have mentioned this already.

Trump formed a voter fraud commission in May 2017 headed by Chris Kobach. It was disbanded in Jan 2018 after it was unable to identify any widespread voter fraud in the 2016 election. (Trump claimed millions of illegal aliens voted, which caused Clinton to win the popular vote.)

What changed in the past four years that there would be widespread election fraud in 2020?

  67. Because I still believe in federalism, I do not think we should have universal voting procedures across the states. We don’t need more dictates from DC. It’s not broken and doesn’t need fixing.

  68. “Because I still believe in federalism, I do not think we should have universal voting procedures across the states. We don’t need more dictates from DC. It’s not broken and doesn’t need fixing.”

I think a more universal system would be best, not least – from a federalism point of view – these elections are for the federal government. It would be one thing for the state of Texas to decide the manner of the elections for the Governor of Texas, the Texas legislature etc… but another thing altogether to decide the manner of elections for the federal institutions. Having a single, American system would be ideal for elections.

  69. I don’t see why, Seamus. We have free, fair, opaque state election systems that work quite well. Just because one state operates differently than another is not a reason for national uniformity. I doubt Washington state, with near universal mail in ballots would care for my state’s very restricted mail in ballot system. There is no way Congress would ever agree on a universal voting system anyway, so it’s all moot.

  70. I don’t think they will agree on it as well but I do think they should. Ultimately it strikes me as odd that a congressman in Texas is elected with a different set of rules than a congressman in Washington. Yet the congressman in Texas has power to set the rules for a whole host of other issues for Washington. Because the issues and powers of the federal government don’t just impact on the state setting the rules for the election then it seems wrong for Texas to be able to set the rules, and Washington to be able to set the rules etc…

  71. Here are 7 Pages of Texas Voter Fraud Convictions…….

No state has handled voting properly, look at all the fraud in Tx for decades but Daphene wants to keep it “Opaque”

    https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud/search?combine=&state=TX&year=&case_type=All&fraud_type=All

  72. Perhaps and because the office of President is unique and the only elected single post which all Americans vote for, it should be held on a seperate day from other elections and the ballot papers for that election should be for President (and VP) only. That vote alone would be run by a uniform single system and authority and the victor would be a simple national count total result. I know it would take a constitutional amendment to do that ( so it won’t happen) but I think that would be the fairest most unifying way of running the vote for the American President. It would demonstrate a President being chosen by winning the greatest number of Americans as individuals not by, as is the current system, getting the cleverest distribution of electoral college votes and States.

  73. That would still be a rewrite of the whole system and would have to be done by Congress.

It is an option they could write into the new system as they correct the current problems.

  74. That’s not wide spread voter fraud Troll.

Any comment on Trump’s vote fraud commission that found no widespread fraud in the 2016 election? Why would there be any widespread last November?

Colm, congress will never come to agreement on a uniform by set of election standards and the states will fight to the Supreme Court to maintain their independence and the states will win. It’s not going to happen and it shouldn’t given the factual election integrity in every state.

Look, just because people like Troll swallowed Trump’s lies doesn’t mean we need to change a system that works.

  75. Pat

I don’t believe it to be a Lie Colm, I know the fraud was rampant, and I believe there is a ton of evidence. I believe over the next 4 years how much fraud took place will be revealed.

Yeah but you spent the previous 4 years telling us the proof of Obama’s criminality was mere days away and he would be wearing an orange jumpsuit for many years to come

It seems much more likely the guy wearing an orange jumpsuit is the guy with the matching complexion

  76. Look, just because people like Troll swallowed Trump’s lies doesn’t mean we need to change a system that works.

    Daphne

Surely voter ID is a minimal reform that’s needed? They have it in most countries.

But it would need to be part of a package including action against voter suppression as practised more and more blatantly in GOP-controlled states. As I understand it, the 1965 Voting Rights Act was gutted by the SCOTUS about ten years ago and this opened the door to widespread suppression, such as limiting polling stations in black areas so that they have to wait for hours to vote. It’s a 21st century version of Jim Crow.
