  1. 47 people died in a fuel train accident in a small town in Quebec ( Lac Magantic ) in 2013.

Those trains are so incredibly dangerous that they should be banned outright.

  2. Without the Keystone Pipeline and the other pipelines Biden just shut down Train’s are the Primary mode of transportation of Fuel.

  3. Shutting down the pipeline was bad policy and it was a hostile act to a friendly country.

  4. and to our own…. these action have cost a lot of jobs and gas has already jumped $1 per gallon, which hurts every American.

  5. Shutting down the pipline was a Biden election promise. The US needs to get with the programme that fossil fuels are the past and renewables are the future. It has made a start by electing a president who gets that essential truth and whose administration will do all in its power to advance renewables and stop giving fossils an easy ride.

This is a 180 degree reversal of his predecessor’s policy which was to hinder renewables and subsidise fossils. And cancelling a dirty oil pipeline is a good start.

  6. name a renewable you can put into the gas tank of a car or truck…..

Until you can they are a fringe niche and a fantasy nothing more.

And what the US does mean nothing, China and India are the Worlds Polluters, and they are under no obligation to correct it while we are supposed to destroy our economy.

Enjoy your 4yrs Peter…. everything Biden/Harris does in this direction will just as he did it, it will be gone the first day of the next Administration.

  7. name a renewable you can put into the gas tank of a car or truck

Hydrogen, and obviously electric if it’s generated from renewables. You may have missed big announcements by US car manufacturers about electric vehicles in all the excitement since Trump lost in November.

And what the US does mean nothing, China and India are the Worlds Polluters, and they are under no obligation to correct it while we are supposed to destroy our economy.

Wrong 100% as usual. The USA is still the biggest economy and China and India signed up to Paris, the one Trump tried to pull the USA out of. And China has also committed to net-zero emissions by 2050.

Your total hostility to renewables and total attachment to fossils is extremist, even by GOP standards, and that’s saying something.

  8. Electric cars create more environmental damage, not less. And how are you putting hydrogen in a cars gas tank…

Yes China and India did sign Paris why not it gives them both a pass on everything for 50 years….

and according to Greta, the UN, and all of your Cult we only have 9 years left…. 41 years before India & China have to do a single thing.

  10. Yawn and bigger yawn and even bigger yawn.

You don’t even accept that CO2 and methane gases warm the climate, so what is the ****ing point arguing with you about fossils or renewables or climate or anything on this topic? As Richard Dawkins has said many times, there is absolutely no point in a Dawrinist arguing with a Creationist, and he gave that up about 20 years ago. Because no amount of evidence will ever change the Creationist’s mind, none, ever ever ever.

And you and your GOP fossil fuel boneheads are the Creationists of the climate debate. And of course many of you are also actual Creationists. Of course the irony is that the “God-given” fossil fuels you worship were created billions of years before you believe the Earth was “created” along with Adam and Eve.

So my advice is stay in your Creationist fossil fuel cave. It’s your comfort zone and always will be. The rest of the world will move on without you.

  11. you use that term creationist as if it was an insult and some sort of code for being anti science, yet you know that is false.

My first job in the service was designing and detecting nuclear weapons with a group called AFTAC look them up. I have a degree in Computer Science, I understand and apply the scientific method to all problems.

You believe in an incomplete science, one that can not provide you with the same answers or same predictions two times in a row yet you believe it.

That is called Faith Peter, you are the one that is practicing a religion and calling it science.

  12. you use that term creationist as if it was an insult and some sort of code for being anti science, yet you know that is false.

Creationists believe that the Earth is only a few thousand year old. We know from science that it’s 4.6 thousand million years old. So Creationists are clearly anti-science and clearly as worthy of contempt as anyone who believes that the Earth is flat or that the Sun revolves around the Earth.

That is called Faith Peter, you are the one that is practicing a religion and calling it science.

    LOL. See above.

  13. I’ll ask you again Peter…..

Where have I ever put forth the notion that I think the Earth is only a few thousand years old? Where have I ever denied any real science ?

I know how to and why an Atom Splits, I believe the planet to be even older than your silly number.

For some reason your bigotry against people of faith makes you believe that if a Person believes in God they don’t believe in or are anti-science.

Do you know or even grasp how bigoted a statement that is?

Climate Science is not Science it’s a Scam. If YOU had any basic understanding of the Scientific Method you’d know that.

  14. Where have I ever put forth the notion that I think the Earth is only a few thousand years old? Where have I ever denied any real science ?

    1. You repeatedly defend Creationists who certainly believe that the Earth is only a few thousand years old. If the cap fits, wear the ***ing cap and quit whining when I point out that it fits you.

    2. You repeatedly deny that greenhouse gases have any effect on global temperatures. That’s “real science” which has been accepted for 150 years but which you choose to reject because of your weird fossil fuels fetish. But I have to admit that it fits neatly with your weird attachment to Creationism. So at least you are consistent, in a deeply and wilfully ignorant way.

But be my guest, stick right there in your comfort zone. Trump and Tucker and Hannity and the rest of the gang are in your echo chamber. I’m sure it’s a comfort in these distressing times for the GOP. After the “stolen election” and all that.
