Just your average murder

By ATWadmin On November 8th, 2006

There’s little to say that hasn’t been said many times before.  The case of a 13-year-old girl murdered by a serial offender, released early from jail, from a sentence that was too short in the first place, as if we needed another example of a Criminal Justice system that cares more about the Criminal than it does for Justice, but they never learn.

  1. Stories such as this make me so utterly angry that I want to….no, I’d better not say it.

Here’s an example of what is wrong in this country. Here’s what our wooly-brained liberal magistrates think about plans to curb the early release of paedophiles:

Isn’t it good to know we (sorry, I mean criminals’ rights) are protected by judges like that?
    Disgust isn’t the word.

  2. This bastard would probably have murdered whenever he got out anyway, but the early release scheme is totally indefensibble and is undermining the system. The scheme was only brought in because the prisons were so overcrowded. It should be scrapped and they should build more prisons immediately. Assume that the prison population will go on increasing at the rate of the past 10 years and provide capacity accordingly.

  3. Those of us who watched Panorama last night will have been horrified at what’s happening when it comes to paedophiles in HM’s "custody". Free to roam at will, fraternize with children, even bringing an underage girl to one’s room in a "supervised" hostel to photograph her semi-naked.

I don’t believe there’s another country in the world where this could happen.
