Manchester says “No, but Yeah” to Lockdown. Clerics against Brexit take to the pulpit

By Pete Moore On October 19th, 2020 at 9:05 pm

The Irish government is to move the country to the highest level of coronavirus restrictions, broadly similar to the spring lockdown.

Cabinet ministers have agreed to place the country under level five restrictions from midnight on Wednesday in a bid to combat the rise in cases.

Andrew Neil, usually a reliable source for statistics, says that the ROI’s average daily death toll from Covid has been 1 since mid-June. I didn’t miss out any zeros. That’s one. We are governed by closed minded lunatics.

While the BBC reinforces fear on its front page we must dig into the “Health” section for the real news. It’s both heartbreaking and scandalous.

Deaths at home: More than 26,000 extra this year, ONS finds

More men than normal are dying at home from heart disease in England and Wales, and more women are dying from dementia and Alzheimer’s, figures show.

More than 26,000 extra deaths occurred in private homes this year, an analysis by the Office for National Statistics found.

In contrast, deaths in hospitals from these causes have been lower than usual.

The Covid epidemic may have led to fewer people being treated in hospital.

Gee, I wonder if there’s a link to the NHS becoming the National Covid Service for most of the year. You still can’t see a GP. The vets are open so your dog is in luck but if grandad needs a doctor he needn’t bother lifting the phone.

Deaths at home due to heart disease, cancers, respiratory illnesses, dementia and Alzheimers are all hugely above the five year average for the period. We know this. We know that tens of thousands of people have been dying because they have been receiving the attention they need and have paid for. So it’s 26,000 and counting and it’s a toll which will go up for years. Yet still the lockdown addicts demand more and greater lockdowns. The virus is mild to asymptomatic for the vast majority of people who become infected, so we are now at the point of zealotry with these people. Nothing will make them see sense. The Prime Minister, last week, accused people opposed to lockdowns of wanting to let the virus “rip though the country”. What he has done is let all the other diseases and illnesses rip through the country instead.

After serving 15 years in prison, the Guildford Four are released following an investigation that cast doubts on their confessions. The four men had been sentenced to life in prison for the 1975 bombings of pubs in Guildford, Surrey, that killed five people and injured hundreds.

The most trusted person in America

60 Minutes is a Sunday evening news program on CBS. It has been around since 1968, and still remains fresh, must see viewing.

Yesterday, Dr Fauci was interviewed.

He continues to give us the unvarnished truth, even when it varies with the White House narrative, which is half the time.

His life has been threatened. He has security now. And he continues not to sugar-coat anything.

I’m not listening to the politicians or bloggers on Covid. I will continue to listen to Dr. Fauci and to Dr. Osterholm.

Who are you listening to on this?

Rudy and The Great One

By Patrick Van Roy On October 19th, 2020 at 5:21 am

The following is an interview of Rudy Giuliani by Mark Levin regarding the Joe Biden bribery and  corruption evidence found on his son Hunter’s Laptop. It gives you a peak at what was found and explains in detail the origins of how the Laptop was obtained.

Now this information is a repeat for me, but if you watch CNN/MSNBC/BBC or read the NYTs/WaPo/Guardian or any news outlet other than Fox or AM Talk Radio you have not heard or seen any of the evidence let alone the perspective from the Former US AG of the Southern District of NY, the Associate AG of the US the Head of the Criminal Division, the 3rd highest Law Enforcement officer in the Country. A man who made his bones prosecuting Organized Crime. Yet the above “news” outlets would have you believe he’s a stooge for Trump and a shill for the Russians….

The information you are not being told on this is right here for you to avail yourself of and hear the parts of the story you’re not being told.

Unlike those “News” outlets above I believe everyone should have the most information they can on any topic. The best conclusions are drawn by those with the most information.

2 Week’s to go….

By Patrick Van Roy On October 18th, 2020 at 8:08 pm

In just a hair over two weeks the U.S. will vote for President. According to the POLS, and the Pundits the race is over Biden has won. It would be a mercy to not even bother with an actual vote the loss is going to be that bad.

Except I think we’ll wait for the vote and the follow up mayhem before we give Ole Joe the Oath of Office.

As I write this I’m watching Ole Joe on the TV, he’s speaking at a Rally in North Carolina. Biden started his speech with blaming President Trump for 200,000 Deaths, and all the Infections. That’s the Dems plan period, it’s all they have. Every speech from Joe & Kamala it’s the same thing The Pandemic, The Pandemic, The Pandemic.

Joe spoke for 20 minutes, to a crowd of less than 100, took no questions, and on that note he headed back to his basement and will hide there until the Debate Thursday night.

The Left have built their entire campaign on the assumption that the people have no eyes of their own. That the line of rhetoric they’re spewing is the one the people believe. I mean why not it’s what the Press is “Reporting”.

They believe that the people have forgotten the last 4 years. For 4 years the Press and the Democrats told the people a Lie about Russian Collusion, and held a Fake Impeachment. They also believe that the people don’t see the cities being burned and looted for the past 4 months.

They think the only reality is the picture they paint, they believe it. If they don’t show you the riots, looting, and burning it’s not happening. The same with the Biden pay for play scandal that broke this week. Biden’s son Hunter’s Laptop showed up in the news this week and among the 10s of thousands of porn images including a film of him smoking crack while screwing a hooker there are also 10s of thousands of emails and text messages describing all sorts of mayhem.

The Press and Big Tech have decided the people don’t need to see any of that information…. it might have been hacked and therefore it isn’t legitimate to print. Funny how hacked and questionably sourced pages of Trumps Tax Forms can be put on the frontpage though….. their ethics didn’t get in the way there. In the first 90hrs after the story broke and was spiked by Facebook and Twitter CNN and MSNBC gave exactly 0 (zero) airtime to the story and when they finally spoke of it they called it Russian Disinformation.

It is not a Russian Fake, a Trump Fake, or any kind of Fake. The Biden’s have not once denied the authenticity of the emails. They emails have been confirmed by several independent sources. Hunters former business partners are in jail, well one is in the other is waiting for sentencing. They have both reached out and turned over their laptops to verify Hunters and try to shave some time off their sentences. They have also been confirmed by the other people in the email chains that yes they are real.

Now we don’t know everything that’s in these emails, even though the Laptop has been in the FBI’s hands since December 2019. Think about that…. the FBI has had this information for just shy of 2yrs. What were they doing with it? Did they verify the data? Have they done any investigation of it?

Photos of a Delaware federal subpoena given to The Post show that both the computer and hard drive were seized by the FBI in December, after the shop’s owner says he alerted the feds to their existence.

The shop owner who thank god was paranoid made 4 copies of the laptop, and after 18 months of handing over evidence of corruption to the FBI all the way back to the Impeachment and still not hearing back from the FBI, or reading any stories about it in the news, the shop owner acted. He mailed one copy to the Post, one copy to Rudy Giuliani’s Lawyer, and he said the last 2 he hid separately in case something happens to him…. I guess he doesn’t want a visit from the Clinton Witness Elimination program.

More and more information will come out over the next week. We already have a papertrail that shows a pay for play scheme where Hunter got paid $10 million to set up a meeting with his father and the head of Burisma. That’s Pay for Play, and it’s only one of the crimes the emails are supposed to show, but that one has been confirmed. And this was the quid pro quo result of that meeting.

Time indeed for a change!

By Mike Cunningham On October 18th, 2020 at 11:42 am

As this writer looks forward gloomily to a semi-permanent time when I am summarily deprived of any meaningful contact with my grandchildren, I do wonder if there will will come a time when a majority of Tory politicians see sense, end this loony-tunes lockdown era; and institute a time when hospitals and the health workers are tested and protected, along with care homes and the elderly, and the rest of the population are trusted to take care, and take their own decisions as to the risk to themselves and those closest to them?

I continue to argue that Lord Sumption’s way is the right way. I accept that I wrote in favour of lockdowns, but that has proved to be incorrect.

Time for a change!

The Exeter Chiefs Rugby Club is the best run sporting organisation in the country.

It was founded in 1871 and for most of its existence it has been an amateur club in lower leagues. It became a professional club only 20 years ago and was promoted to the top division in the English club game 10 years ago. And tonight the Chiefs have reached the very top of the game, becoming the champions of Europe. It’s genuinely fairy tale stuff.

It’s a proper club which does things right. Home grown young players have been the core and basis of the club’s rise. It hasn’t splashed the cash because it hasn’t really had any to splash. In the final tonight they beat Racing 92 of Paris, one of the big-spending, star-studded clubs. Exeter had players out there who played for them in the lower leagues years ago and others who have been best friends since the age of five. It’s that kind of club so I’m chuffed for them.

I want to mention their Director of Rugby (think Head Coach), Rob Baxter. He’s a local boy. His father played for Exeter while Rob was painting the lines on the pitch and being a ballboy. He eventually played for the club and captained the team. He was a butcher because the club was amateur then. Baxter became Head Coach in 2009 and has overseen the rise and rise since. Rob Baxter is one of the good guys. He’s level headed, decent and always calm. No win is celebrated too much and no loss taken badly. Referees are never responsible for defeats and victorious opponents are always well congratulated. His players love him and will do anything for him. That’s one reason why they are the champions of Europe now. So I’m chuffed for him too.

KENOSHA, WI – It has been widely reported that 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse is facing multiple felony charges, including first-degree intentional murder, in the shootings of three men during a Black Lives Matter riot.

What makes the charges against him sensational is that all the video evidence (which was readily available to the public almost immediately) indicates every shot he fired was in self-defense.

And now his attorneys are using one man’s confession to drive home Rittenhouse’s claim of self-defense, calling a shot fired prior to the teenager’s own a “pivotal moment.”
