You can’t beat a tribal vote.

Labour have won the Barnsley Central by-election, while the Lib Dems slipped to sixth in the South Yorkshire seat. UKIP, the Conservatives, the BNP and an independent all finished ahead of the Lib Dems, who had finished second in the seat in 2010’s general election. Lib Dem candidate Dominic Carman said his party had been given “a kicking”, while Labour’s victorious Dan Jarvis said it was a message to the coalition.

So, the Lib-Dems – part of the governing coalition – are reduced to a meaningless figure in this by-election, What message does this send Clegg? Will it make him embed even deeper with the Conservatives?

As for Labour. The REASON there is a by-election is because the previous Labour MP was sent to PRISON because of expenses fraud. The Labour voters turned out to put ANOTHER Labour in power.

Stupid is as stupid does.
