…check this out.

There’s still a year of this bizarre stuff to go. Normal people must have had enough of this already,  I know I have and I don’t even live there. Politics invading lives and society is rude enough, but when it’s this bad it’s insulting too.

  1. If the man can evoke such bile from the lefties above with a little comic releaf, hell he’ll do just fine….lol

  2. Troll

    Seek first to understand.

America is not the binary land of lefties vs the righteous that Hannity and Limbaugh tell you it is.

    Look around.

  3. right mahons, your not a lefty, and not even allowing him to make your pizza has no bile in it at all.

Yes we need to grow up and except that America, Freedom, Capitalism all failed Marx was right, or atleast Keynes. gosh how immature of us

  4. Marx wasn’t all wrong and capitalism isn’t all right.

You need capitalism with a human face, with sensible regulations to keep the robber barons in check.

This has been seen as true since Teddy Roosevelt’s time and before.

C’mon Troll, wake up for God’s sake

  5. are you calling the REGULATION that declares the exhaled human breath as a polutant, a regulation with a human face?…. That’s rich

  6. Troll – I’m not a lefty. I’m certainly more to the left than you, but that is hardly makes me unique. And joking about making pizza is hardly bile. Bile would be like someone suggesting blowing up children in hospitals is a thing to celebrate with champagne, though I forget now who wrote that.

  7. or how about the regulation that has killed MILLIONS of people world wide, the ban on ddt?

The regulations you worship have killed millions in the past and the new fake science of global warming will surpass the looooonacy of Carson and cripple this nation causing the deaths of millions more

  8. that wasn’t bile that was a truth….

And Mahons where you stand you may not seem like a lefty but anywhere else in the country, sorry buddy you fit the script

  9. Noel the cigerette one actually helped, this one here I think more people have seen on ATW than anywhere in the US

  10. I think Troll is actually completely right. This man Cain is clearly aonce in a generation genius. Anyone who can make election videos of such breadth and billiance as this one deserves immediate elevation to the US presidency. Obama is toast. It’s Pizzas all round from now on 🙂

  11. obama is toast, but I don’t think cain will be the one buttering the bread.

If he is though I’ll take pepperoni and hot peppers on mine

  12. Troll

You never know – Obama could still finally triumph with his exotic Hawaiian and African Pineapple and beef jerky pizza 😉

  13. Phantom –

You need capitalism with a human face, with sensible regulations to keep the robber barons in check.

Robber barons gave their victims no choice in using force to loot their property.

How does this not describe government?

    Which capitalists does this describe?

  14. Just something for you all to mull over

■Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. ■Master’s degree in Computer Science. ■Mathematician for the Navy, where he worked on missile ballistics (making him a rocket scientist). ■Computer systems analyst for Coca-Cola. ■VP of Corporate Data Systems and Services for Pillsbury.

All achieved before reaching the age of 35.

Since he reached the top of the information systems world, he changed careers!

■Business Manager. Took charge of Pillsbury’s 400 Burger King restaurants in the Philadelphia area, which were the company’s poorest performers in the country. Spent the first nine months learning the business from the ground up, cooking hamburger and yes, cleaning toilets. After three years he had turned them into the company’s best performers.

■Godfather’s Pizza CEO. Was asked by Pillsbury to take charge of their Godfather’s Pizza chain (which was on the verge of bankruptcy). He made it profitable in 14 months. ■In 1988 he led a buyout of the Godfather’s Pizza chain from Pillsbury. He was now the owner of a restaurant chain. ■He was also chairman of the National Restaurant Association during this time. ■Adviser to the Federal Reserve System. ■Chairman of the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank. ■Writer and public speaker. ■Radio Host.

■Honorary Doctorate, Morehouse College, 1988 ■Top 25 Black Executives, Black Enterprise, 1988 ■Honorary Doctorate, Tougaloo College, 1989 ■Honorary Doctorate, University of Nebraska, 1990 ■Entrepreneur of the Year, 1990 ■Operator of the Year/Gold Plate Award ■International Foodservice Manufacturers Association, 1991 ■Honorary Doctorates, Johnson and Wales University and New York City Technical College ■Recipient of humanitarian awards, businessman of the year awards, special recognition awards, and excellence in leadership awards.

The position as Adviser to the Federal Reserve System allowed Herman Cain to see how monetary policy is made from the inside, and understand the political forces that impact the monetary system.

■After reaching the top of the banking industry, Herman Cain changed careers for a fourth time.

■Writer and public speaker. He then started to write and speak on leadership. His books include, Speak as a Leader, CEO of Self, Leadership is Common Sense, and They Think You’re Stupid.

    ■ Radio Host. Around 2007—after a remarkable 40 year career—he started hosting a radio show on WSB in Atlanta (the largest talk radio station in the country).

    ■ He did all this starting from rock bottom (his father was a chauffeur and his mother was a maid).

    ■ When you add up his accomplishments in his life — including reaching the top of three unrelated industries: information systems, business management, and banking — Herman Cain may have the most impressive resume of anyone that has run for the presidency in the last half century.

    +++++++++++++++ +++

    Barack Obama’s Bio:

    ■ Handed out liberal Kool-Aid in community parks.

    ■ Nothing else ■ Not even qualified to clean Port-Potties.

  15. Pete

For starters a robber baron would be someone who manipulates the market to enforce monopoly pricing. There are laws against that in Europe and America, to the benefit of consumers.

In the early part of the twentieth century, there were very real near monopolies on such things as steel production and oil refining in the USA. That was bad for consumers. And that’s why President Teddy Roosevelt and others broke up those monopolies and brought the robber barons to heel.

  16. Phantom –

Yes, manipulating prices is a fraud against civil society and the government/banking nexus manipulates the prices of whole classes of assets every day. Manipulating share prices is a very serious offence. Most people found guilty of it go to prison, yet Bernanke admitted to Congress that the Fedsters manipulate the NYSE and still he’s a free man.

Now monopolies and oligopolies can only exist where government restricts competition. The last thing to do with a monopoly is pass yet more laws. ‘Regulatory capture’ is so widespread now that a law is rarely passed not designed to protect some existing interest.

The only way to smash a monopoly is to do away with laws which, for example, raise entry costs to new competition. Smash all those laws, open up markets and civil society will do the rest.

  17. Now monopolies and oligopolies can only exist where government restricts competition.

    Shockingly untrue

    Quick examples

One rail line in a rural area where the railroad can charge what they wish

Air service in a congested area where the dominant airline charges extortionate fares when there is no competition, sells at below cost when a competitor comes in to drive them out of business, and then raises the fares after the competitor goes bust. Or when they ( or a duopoly like British and American Airlines in Heathrow a few years ago ) own all the gates at the one or two airports in a city, and won’t allow the new guys to fly in there.

Come on Pete. You know better than this.

  18. There is a long tradition of fake presidential campaigns in the US. Where people pretend to run but are really only having fun or are promoting their careers. Pat Paulsen, Steve Colbert, Donald Trump and Sarah Palin all come to mind.

This guy is not running for president. He is promoting his book, and is angling for a big talk radio / Fox News special commentator gig.

It is astonishing that the lost tribe that is the ” GOP Base ” keeps falling for every angry landlord or misplaced Alaskan that comes tripping down the highway.
