BRITAIN BACKS AL QUEDA

By David Vance On November 7th, 2012

Amazing really but par for the course!

Britain is to open talks with gunmen seeking to overthrow Syrian dictator Bashar al Assad after David Cameron signalled that he would like to start arming the rebels. In a dramatic escalation of the UK’s involvement in the Syrian civil war, the Prime Minister will today give the green light for British officials to advise rebel commanders on the ground for the first time.

As you know, what happens in Syria is NOT our concern and whether Boy Bashar remains in power or whether radical Islamists grab the levers of control has NOTHING to do with us. But Cameron knows better and so Britain is now aligned with Al Queda.  Stunning level of stupidity.

  1. AS Blair’s stand-in, – or perhaps understudy, – I think Cameron is doing a very good job! without a visual it is getting harder by the day, to distiguish between the two.

I would love to learn who their script writer was. It was certainly not anyone with any affinity for the UK, – or perhaps they were just being pragmatic and recognise a bunch of losers when they see them.

  2. If you wish to sell fighter planes to the gulf which is Sunni territory you must offer something to the Sunnis, such as helping them duff up the Shias who just love Iran/Assad/Russia. Mainly it’s a help to unload obsolete fighter planes so that we can finance all those armies of political hangers on around Westminster.

I must have missed that debate in Parliament. It’s good, this democracy eh?

Cameron, of course, is merely kissing H. Clinton’s arse. She’s summoned the US-led Syrian opposition to Doha this week, where she’ll re-arrange it and issue new orders before skulking back to Mordor DC. Cameron’s simply acting on his orders.

  4. “Stunning level of stupidity”. Absolutely.

Is there ANYTHING this crazy politician can get right?

  5. An amazingly stupid man, for sure.

We withdrew, humiliated from Iraq, we’re losing in Afghanistan, what we obviously need is to get mixed up in someone else’s civil war!

I can only imagine he thinks he did a good job in Libya!
