When a Cop shoots and kills someone 99.9% of the time it is a “Good Shoot”. Meaning justified force was used for the circumstances.

Now whether or not you believe Ashli Babbitt deserved to die is irrelevant.  I personally think the Officer was Justified in shooting her.

There is however Laws and Procedures that follow EVERY Police shooting. NONE of these have been followed in this case. A Hearing is always held when an unarmed civilian is killed by a Police Officer PERIOD. It is done for several reasons, but mostly because it’s the LAW.

Instead this was handled by the House of Representatives….. since when do we allow this? The Competency of the Cop is always questioned, as it should be, but not in this case. Why not?

  1. I don’t oppose a hearing, but you say that there is a law as if you are an authority on this. You’ve said it a few times.

I don’t think that there is any such law in this situation. This was a purely federal case. What exact federal law are you talking about? If you can’t cite a law, you made it up.

And it’s not a matter of whether she ” deserved to die “. You’re framing this wrong.

And if some asshole Sidney Powell wanabee lawyer is promoting entirely unproven stories about guns left in the toilet don’t expect anyone to watch it.
