Because of our slightly twisted voting system, Labour seats get the title ‘Safe’ because it takes on average ten thousand fewer votes to get a Labour person elected than a Tory, mainly because the Labour seats are ‘urban’ and the Tory seats are ‘rural’; thus giving the title of a ‘Safe Seat’ to a constituency which has usually returned a Labour vote for many elections.

So the Labour bloke states that the Muslims get looked after by Labour better than the others, and also have more muslim candidates in ‘SAFE SEATS’, does this mean that they are subverting the will of the people? No, they are playing the numbers game with our Democracy, and it is all perfectly legal, except with all those suspiciously high numbers of Postal Votes!
