Friday the FBI Raided with a Full TacTeam a PRO-LIFE Catholic Father of 7 house to arrest him for a Crime that the Philadelphia Police had refused to arrest the man for when the event happened.
Back in October a YEAR AGO Mark Houck had a confrontation with Bruce Love at an Abortion Clinic in Philadelphia. Mr. Houck, his wife and 7 children go and Pray outside the Abortion Clinic in Philly on a regular basis. They follow the Laws, they don’t obstruct entry, they don’t yell or harass the women who choose to use the facility they PRAY for them.
Last October in 2021
Houck was at the abortion clinic praying and ministering within his legal rights (on the sidewalk, not clinic property) when, according to Middleton, it was Love who approached Houck’s 12-year-old son and began unleashing a string of vile comments, cursing the young man. That’s when Houck intervened, and eventually pushed Love in order to protect his son, causing Love to fall to the ground. Then police were called but they eventually decided there was a “lack of evidence” of an assault taking place and declined to pursue the issue any further.
Love filed a criminal complaint against Houck, but failed to show up to any of the court hearings, prompting the judge to dismiss the case.
Love did NOT show up for a single hearing so the case was dropped as it should have been since due to Mr. Love’s criminal History and the respect of the Houck’s have always demonstrated the years they have been doing this Vigil.
Yet Joe Biden and his Gestapo have decided to raid and arrest Mr. Hauck at gun point like a major Mafioso or Drug Dealer for having the nerve to PRAY for woman. Mr. Hauck never obstructed the Abortion Clinic, he never harassed the patrons who were there to kill their babies. He Followed the LAW.
Yet Mr. Hauck needed to be made an example of, it didn’t matter that he followed the Law. What mattered was he and his Family had the nerve to go against the Democrat Cult of Child Sacrifice. He and his family had the nerve to say what they believed, and those beliefs don’t match the Democrat’s Religion of child sacrifice in the name of “Women’s Right’s.
Now mind you the case was refused to be brought by the Police on the scene, then dismissed by the Philadelphia Courts because the actual complainant couldn’t bother to show up in Court for the charges he went to a Judge and insisted be filed.
Six days after the case was dismissed by the Courts in Philadelphia, Mr. Houck received a letter from the DOJ notifying him he was the subject of a federal grand jury investigation. Houck and his attorneys promptly replied to this notice but never heard back from the government. The only response they received was Jack Boot Thugs busting down his front door backed up by 30 agents with fully automatic weapons pointed at him and his family.
“They were absolutely compliant, and there was no reception to their compliance,”
In a press release from the DOJ, they claim Houck violated the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act:
“Assault is always a serious offense, and under the FACE Act, if the victim is targeted because of their association with a reproductive healthcare clinic, it is a federal crime,” said U.S. Attorney Romero. “Our Office and the Department of Justice are committed to prosecuting crimes which threaten the safety and rights of all individuals.”
The Philadelphia Police say that is not true, that no evidence suggests that it is true, that the day of the incident there was no evidence to charge either man but the officer on duty’s incident notes state that Mr. Love was the one who was harassing a 12 year old boy. That provoked words between Mr. Love and the 12 year old’s father, Mr. Hauck.
Joe Biden and Merrick Garland though believe however that this was a perfect opportunity to lock up rightwing extremists who actually had the nerve to Pray for the souls of aborted babies and the mothers involved in those deaths…. How dare they! The Houck’s and anyone like them MUST be locked up and charged. How dare they object to abortion.
The fact that they followed every letter of the Law to express their 1st Amendment Right to speak publicly about what they believe to be a societal wrong. That they were the ones attacked by Mr. Love as he verbally abused and went after a 12 year old boy who was doing nothing, but praying.
The Biden Justice Department decided that the Hauck’s must be made an example of, they must pay for their peaceful expression of their Constitutional rights, and they must be arrested a month before an election. This will show those who hold “The Wrong Views” what will happen if they defy the Federal Policy of what is Moral, and what is not.
