Somebody went to the trouble of rigging a car bomb and then warning it was going to go off.
Why? What businesses are in the block, there are very few families in the block, mostly business. Was one of these a target if so why? If not then who is sending what message to whom about what. Are the authorities holding back a responsibility claim….

It’s an isolated non-lethal incident. There is no obvious political motivation at this point if they have any inkling of motivation nobody has said a word.
In spite of the fact that it was a bomb it is a local incident that will because of the fact that it was a bomb it will also involve two federal agencies in an open investigation.
It would be irresponsible for any politician to make a statement other than the local mayor stating all proper agencies are involved.

Because of the legal and constitutional distinctions between the state and the federal I can see presidential statements as sometimes being unwelcome by state authorities.

I would think that a president speaking about events in a state, even if federal authorities are involved, without first clearing it with state authotities, is rather frowned upon.

I mean, if he had been defeated in a normal (as in every other democracy) election and simply had to accept defeat when the new leader took his place the next day, that would have been too quick an end, that one could hardly savour, so quick it would come.
But instead we can watch Trump dying the death of 1000 cuts. Each week some new desperate hope, only to have it promptly dashed to pieces again. He’s pinned and wriggling on the wall. Next month will bring the coup de grace, but not before some further desperate attempt to get the Senate to overturn the election result.
The only good thing I can say about him is that he provided such good serial entertainment, and will no doubt continue to generate laughs right up to his final day.

The second issue is that Obama did better with black voters than Biden did. If you look at raw numbers then sure. But then if you look at only raw numbers then Donald Trump got more votes than any other person (other than Joe Biden) in history. Donald Trump got more votes than Ronald Reagan. However given growth in the United States population and the higher than average turnout in this election then it is actually not true to say that Joe Biden did better with black voters than Barack Obama. The black vote made up 13% of the vote in 2008 and 13% of the vote now. And Obama got 95% of the black vote in 2008 and Biden 87%.
In terms of proportions 11% of the vote was black voters who voted for Joe Biden. In 2008 12% of the vote was black voters who voted for Barack Obama.
In terms of raw numbers Donald Trump got 62M white votes in 2020 but Ronald Reagan only got 53M. Donald Trump must of cheated. Surely he couldn’t have got more white votes than Ronald Reagan?

So even if there was widespread fraud and vote stealing, it’s all irrelevant – the Electoral College gave a majority to Biden and that’s all that counts. Biden was duly and fairly elected and won by a landslide.
