This speech is beyond most of you, but that is why society is in the state it is in on both sides of the Pond. It is a speech on Morality. A topic that many of you pound your chest about when it comes to war and fighting the enemy, but fail to understand what real morality is about.

Yes troll you are infinitesimally smarter then us and because we disagree with you we must be wrong.
The problem with people like you is that you only believe in free speech for the bobble heads that agree with you
EP your ignorance shines so brightly.
I may be smarter, I may be dumber, by stating that this speech was beyond most of you I was not referring to intellect. I was referring to depth of Soul.
You might have grasped that if you had listened to what the man said, you didn’t though. I guess you fear the speech of those that you might disagree with, so therefore you prejudge and don’t even bother.
What a shallow little man….
Many Americans seemingly can’t get enough of people preaching homespun and sentimental morality to them.
I often think they are longing to have a monarch back.
Seldom has such supreme arrogance been witnessed.
As long as it’s someone else doing the fighting, killing, bleeding & dying eh Troll?
The speech was interesting especially the point made that the health of each of us should be in our own hands and not those of the government, though he omits the fact that it is corporate pharmaceuticals which drives government policy, especially that of vaccination. Vaccines are possibly the biggest lie told in the medical sector for corporate profit:
The point here is that Troll will hear this speech and feel good, then go back to believing the government’s propaganda, whereas I understand the fact of the mendacious nature of government run by corporatism. Just look at how Troll idolises corporate-military and their big weapons etc.
He’s a medical professional who’s of course not going to have any vested interests in private medical care and is going to give an absolutely non – partisan objective opinion on public health care.
What’s ‘public’ health care? Is that like a public tin of beans? Ultimately, all health care is a private matter.
You sure about that?
Millions of poor people worldwide receive health care from government agencies.
That’s private now?
OK its good then!
Thanks for introducing Dr Ben Carson to the *English* readers of this blog, Troll.
I’ve never heard of him, but now having listened to his words and delivery, I agree, he’s on the side of the angels, as they say; A moral and ‘thinking’ man. A rarity indeed, and almost extinct over here.
Ben Carson made a speech that criticized ObamaCare before it was law and immediately after he was investigated and hounded by the Internal Revenue Service.
This is the Chicago way, Obama’s America.
This speech is beyond most of you
You really know how to win friends and influence people!

Indeed. Just today I even heard a guy saying it’s better that refugees are drowned than arrive in Europe and receive welfare.
Is this relating to the 300 African ‘migrants’ who drowned whilst migrating to Italy? Statistically, and whilst their demise is bad for them as individuals, I wonder how many Italian women won’t be raped as a result of the tragedy. It would be better for all parties – us and them – that patrols be set up to return these ‘migrants’ to wherever they sailed from.
your welcome Bernard
Been thinking about this guy for a couple of days but I’m afraid What a Pity.
Bad manners to promote your own blog in a thread, Mr. Tangled.
It’s just not done.
