The United States of America was designed and established to be a Nation ruled by Law, not by the whims of Man. A set of inalienable rights that apply to all, no matter station, wealth, sex, or race. This is no longer the case.
Attorney General Merrick Garland, at the orders of Elected members of Congress has denied over 1000 people of their basic Constitutional Rights. Now I know you’ve been hearing this from one side ad nauseam since the Riot on January 6th, except now there is proof. Proof that should scare the hell out of every American.
Over the past week Tucker Carlson has been showing video of the events from that day. No matter what your position is on those events it is irrelevant. What is relevant are how the Law was followed or not followed, as is the case after the events of January 6th.
AG Merrick Garland, a man who was slated to be a Supreme Court Judge actively violated the Constitution and his Oath to uphold it.
One of the main tenets of American Law is that a Person is convicted on the evidence, all the evidence. By Law the Prosecutor has to share every piece they have with the Defense Attorney. Both sides start a Trial with full access to the material evidence and who any witnesses will be. That is because a person is Innocent Until Proven Guilty. Both sides take that evidence and use it to either prove Guilt or Innocence to a Judge and Jury.
Serial Killers have been set free because evidence by a Prosecutor has been held back from the defense. This is not a matter that can be brushed off. Our whole system of Justice, Law and Order rests on that fact. Merrick Garland, on the other hand doesn’t feel it’s important. The Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the U.S. has for the last 2 years actively blocked and denied 1000s of people who were arrested over J6 their basic rights as American Citizens.
The following are two very important clips each about 5 minutes long. No matter your feelings about J6, Tucker Carlson, Democrat or Republican no one can deny that they provide the evidence that should cause the removal of AG Garland and place him under Criminal Investigation. The AG ran the prosecution side of the J6 Committee’s show trial. The actual Trials of those incarcerated were run from his office under his supervision. This clip is the proof that AG Garland violated his Oath and broke the Law.
To add icing on the cake here is the AG’s response. In it he lies and claims that 5 Police officers were killed that day. Not one Officer died in the Riot,. The AG knows this and lies to justify his breaking the Law, showing his lack of integrity and unfitness for office.
