LOL – Gordon Brown – what a guy!

It seems the PM Clunky Fist has invited that great political Liberal sage, Shirley Williams, to "to advise him on nuclear proliferation."  She’s "thinking over" the offer, apparently.

Shirley Williams is one the most anti-US and dhimmified Liberal politicians in the UK, as anyone who witnessed her wretched performance on BBC "Question Time" last week would have noticed.  Shirl the liberal pearl is COMPLETELY opposed to Britain retaining an independent nuclear capability; she is opposed to the building of any new nuclear power stations, in fact she is even agitated that Israel might just have nukes! In fact the only country that she doesn’t appear to have an issue with as regards the acquisition on nuclear capability is Iran. THIS freak is the sort of person Brown is bringing into his exciting new administration.

LOL – but this is gonna be fun!

  1. Shirley Williams said on QT that she wouldn’t be offered a job by Brown because she’s a woman.

More importantly this could be the Brown governments first rift with the United States, back in 2000 Baroness Williams was loudly denouncing Bush’s missile defence plan as being terribly dangerous, so giving her this job seems rather provocotive.

  2. ‘LOL – but this is gonna be fun! ‘

Undoubted though the amusement potential of the Dame fades in comparison to Milliband moving from Environment to Foreign Secretary.

Such a responsibility and he’s so green.:)

I look forward to report of his first meeting with his Chinese counterpart. Doubtless he’ll impart some stern intruction on the Chinese propensity for generating CO2 and thereby threatening all our existences.

I really should download Microsoft’s Chinese language extension prior to reading that report.

I’d like to see what the pictograph for F*** Off looks like.:)

  3. Oh for goodness sake. The ONLY country she doesn’t want nuclear proliferation in is this one. She’s just another old fan of the Soviet Union.

I see we have someone called Jacqui Smith heading up the Ministry of the Interior. Under Blair she was the deputy minister for women and equality and helped to push the civil partnership legislation through Parliament. Oh joy.

Miliband the Marxist at the Foreign Office.

Alan Johnson at Health – another commie.

Jack Straw at the Department of Justice – yet another commie.

Who else? Harman, Douglas Alexander, Des Browne, Peter Hain …. I can’t go on. This is too depressing.

Brown’s landed us with a government of all the Marxists, feminists, freaks, wierdoes and loons.

  4. He does have unsettling ideas and with a cabinet like that his government is going to have the policy intelligence of a Dutch vegan commune,
on a positive note it just might scare the English enough to jump considerably further right than they have been prepared to do for about 2 decades.
(Hence his talk about Standards and old time values). In the press, he also seems very keen on the word ‘British’ as a rhetorical concept for his goverments future moral direction, which i suspect translates as " please forget im a Scot, oh please!"

  5. All commies, eh Pete? LOL!

Seriously, I don’t understand the Williams offer. Gordon is determined to replace Trident so there can’t be much common ground between them.

  6. I’m hoping he gets rid of Trident, preferably by giving it to Syria. Then maybe the US will come invade. I don’t know about you but I’m running out of things to put on my "Big List of Things That Make The Prime Minister Better Than Saddam Hussein".

  7. David – have you ever used the website They Work for You? http://www.theyworkforyou.com

How David Miliband new Foreign Monster voted on key issues since 2001:

    Strongly for introducing ID cards.
Very strongly for introducing foundation hospitals.
Very strongly for introducing student top-up fees.
Very strongly for Labour’s anti-terrorism laws.
Very strongly for the Iraq war.
Strongly against investigating the Iraq war
    Very strongly for replacing Trident
Very strongly for the fox hunting ban
Very strongly for equal gay rights.

Oh OK, apart from his belief in AGW, he’s a good bloke is David.:)

Seriously I’m impressed, he seems to have outflanked the Tories to the right. Who’d have thunk?

    Interesting site that. Thanks.

Very odd though, I checked ‘Red’ Dawn Primarolo’s voting record…

Has never voted on a transparent Parliament. Moderately for introducing a smoking ban.
Very strongly for introducing ID cards.
Very strongly for introducing foundation hospitals.

Her Iraq and Trident votes…OK, that’s just weird.:)

  9. Jeff –

The Trident vote of many commie, ex-commie and pro-disarmament MPs is easily explained. The vote was quite recent, Gordon Brown was the soon-to-be Prime Minister and he chooses which snouts go deeper into the troughs. Vote his way, show yourself to be a good Brownite and you get a government car.

  10. Jeff – And Miliband is a Jew. yes interesting/weird isnt it. As long as the vote goes the right way thats what matters, short of the coup d’etat that Peter is cooking up anyway. I dunno must have been ‘le blairisme’s’ influence or something, terrible eh?!

  11. "All commies, eh Pete? LOL!"

Not a clue…try looking up just how many members of the Blair and Brown Cabinets were actual card-carrying members of the Communist Party in years past. Then an apology to Pete might be in order.

  12. Pete Moore

Tsk, such acid realism and at such a young age.:)

    Alison/DSD

I take it that Milliband is in the cabinet so that at a later date the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung can refer to ‘the Jew, Milliband’?:)

Overall, it’s a shame to see all these Labour M.P.s ditch their and their party’s principles in favor of personal advancement. You won’t see that when the Greens come to power!
