A private, gated estate in St Louis resembles South Africa as it’s invaded and a couple put in genuine fear for their lives. This isn’t a public highway. It’s private property and it was invaded by the angry, feral mob. CBS lied by omission about that. That’s a case study in media lies.

But the husband had a rifle, one of those “scary assault rifles”. It was scary enough to save their lives and protect the lovely home which they spent years renovating. This is why people need AR-15’s (or even better, shotguns). Urban ferals are becoming more feral. Ultra-left white college kids are becoming even more radicalised and nihilist. They hate you, they hate your country, and they will kill to stop you stopping them. Without that weapon the evil mob would have torn the couple apart, ransacked their home and burned it down.

  3. Another case study in media lies. They broke open a gate and invaded private property. They were intimidating and obviously only stayed back because the husband was armed. St Louis has seen a lot of violence and assaults. This would have gone the same way.

  13. Paul, well, that house is certainly a “castle”. Biff and Buff have done well for themselves. I for one, if I feared for my life, would be in the house, not on the lawn. But if those goons crossed the threshold, I would then shoot.

  15. I’ve read elsewhere Charles that they are both attorneys and I agree with you, if I had feared for my life I would have taken up a defensive position inside the property. Indeed, one wonders if they didn’t come to the house exterior armed with what looks like a weapon of war and it was there that they allegedly were threatened.

  16. The protesters were trespassing on a private street, not breaking and entering. Apparently the crowd was on their way to the Mayor’s residence a block away. As for the two lawyers they know the magic words to say in case they had to invoke self defense. The country is experiencing asylum times.

He knows full well however arrogant woke and radical this group were, they weren’t about to go on a murderous rape , pillage and arson spree. His last comment about the slacks tells you exactly where his tongue was as he wrote this.. 🙂

  20. I know nothing about this community but in the gated communities that I have been the only people who are allowed to enter are residents and their invited guests.

  21. It is unclear if it was locked. But the gate was to the private road. They didn’t enter or attempt to break and enter into a building. If as Paul writes that there was no prohibition for pedestrians walking on the road it may very well have not even been trespassing.

    Monday evening quarterbacks might know better, but a large angry mob turning up on your doorstep is horrifying at any time. At this time, with the mob chanting and pointing at you, the worst should be assumed.

    The man is a hero.
